If I could leave no stars I would.

From the boiler being fitted to the aftercare, it’s gone from bad to worse, bunch of cowboys.

People that dealt with me explained everything fully and clearly, all questions were answered. Installation was completed on time with minimum of fuss and mess. After installation I had a problem with settings and so on, this was because I wasn't as smart as I thought I was!! One phone call resulted in being sent a link to a You Tube video that explained things clearly. A little later I received a phone call to check that everything was OK.

I qualified for a grant through improveasy they fitted a new ideal boiler, cavity wall insulation, loft insulation and a couple of fans for ventilation, the install teams for all works were top class, very polite, helpful and carried out a superb install, I would recommend them to anyone

From making inquiries about new boiler it was all done & dusted in a week. The fitters were excellent they never stopped from arriving to going home. They cleaned up after themselves & were very helpful if you needed advice. Also your customer services were very friendly & helpful. Thank you

Disgraceful! Accidentally drilled a huge hole in kitchen wall over 2 months ago which needs plastering and painting. No replies to at least 10 phone calls/texts/emails. They are ignoring me. Rude staff saying "not my department" but then refusing to give me contact details for remedial dept. and ignoring requests for complaints dept.

From first phone call excellent

The whole process from start to finish has been smooth. The team is very helpful and professional. The boiler installation person deserves a special mention for all his hard work and helpfulness. He rang to do a follow-up and responded to any issues quickly. Only one minor snag remains.

Stay well away awful workers left my garden filthy used ladders that wasn’t there’s and couldn’t even bother to put them back left them leaning up against the wall and after I told them no need to enter my home one of them did stay clear

Very efficient worker’s, very pleased with the boiler installation. They were very friendly and cleaned up any mess that was left. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

Must be honest,bit sceptical @ first, when do you ever get smthg for nothing???? Was referred by someone I know who had also dealt with them & from first speaking to Luke @ the company who was really helpful, decided to go ahead,SO pleased we did. Everyone we had contact with was helpful. The icing on the cake was when the 2 Alans arrived to fit the boiler (father & son) @ 8.15am (left 5.10pm on a Friday!!!). They have been SO courteous, helpful, polite ,(even to the point of offering to help us put items back in the loft). Terrific clean workers (even offered to take their shoes off before going upstairs),carry on even when having a coffee. Honestly, if we ever require gas services in the future the 'Alans' would DEF be our first choice. Oops, almost forgot the three men who came to insulate the loft,again, really nice. Both jobs completed on the same day. Thanks SO much Improveasy for helping these jobs to run smoothly.😊👍

was having my loft insulated and got robbed instead i dont know how these people can sleep at night.

On day one all they did was strip the house if every tiny piece of copper including my old tank , took 90 mins to raid the house and disappeared for the day
On day two took over the house with shouting and balling at each other and left an atrocious set up for the condensation pipe, snapped the corner from an outside grid and shoved a plastic pipe in it
I was asked if was happy , obviously not, I have tried to call offices but obviously no one is going to get back to me, but I was glad to see the back of them, they were truly a horrible company

Just like to say we've had our loft insulated today by improveasy.
I would highly recommend this company excellent job, really nice lads, bang on time even cleaned up.

A very courteous, professional, and efficient service given by all the staff and contractors involved in planning and installing a new heating system and carry out energy saving work.
Everyone kept us informed of what was going on and kept to agreed times.
Thankyou Iram, Lauren for your organising skills; Nick for carrying out the assessments; and Rob and Ash for the really great installation work - all of them worked really hard to sort things for us.

Great service from the first phone call to final sign off. Kayhan, the fitter and his assistants were courteous and, (I work from home), didn't cause a fuss. The scrap man also took the remnants of my greenhouse along with the old boiler. Recommended!

Both gas boiler fitters were very courteous and worked until late to complete the fitting and tidied up afterwards

Over the years my wife and I have never claimed any sort of benefit so when we received a letter saying that we may qualify for a new boiler because of health reasons I applied.
Could not believe the well organised process that followed and concluding in a new combi boiler and new thermostatic radiator valves being fitted.The new greener technology should save us money.The fitting was undertaken by Rob who was fantastic and it didn't cost us a penny, thank you so much.

Operatives came on time were polite and informative. All three -cavity wall loft and boiler engineer carried out a first class job particularly the gas engineer.

I was kept upto date through the process. Everyone was very polite. The workmen, Joe and Cal were excellent. A good clean job.

My panels needed rewiring after a local guy connected them up incorrectly and Improveasy sent a team round the very next morning to fix it. They then also gave me compensation for the time that the panels had not been working on full strength. Very friendly team and always answered my texts promptly, even when on holiday.
