The guys are so helpful and accommodating, I can’t fault the service. Delivery is despatched fast! Packaged well and L, in person, fantastic. Helpful and happy to give advice.

My new favourite online seller
I recently discovered in2detailing through watching a couple of online detailers so I decided to check out the website rather than head to my local motoring store for their ‘big name’ products. Truly comprehensive product range - basically if they don’t stock it, you don’t need it. I can’t fault the products I’ve tried so far. Delivery is swift too - packages well wrapped/secure and well priced. Thoroughly recommended

Disappointed with Customer Service Despite Great Products
I purchased a product from In2Detailing via the TikTok Shop, but unfortunately, the item never arrived. Although Royal Mail marked it as delivered, I’ve checked with neighbours and around my property, and it’s definitely missing.
I contacted TikTok, who advised me to get in touch with In2Detailing directly. However, when I reached out to them, I was met with indifference. I’ve sent several emails explaining the situation in detail, but their responses have been unhelpful—just directing me back to TikTok. A representative named Imran responded, but showed no willingness to resolve the issue or even investigate further.
As someone who works in the customer service industry myself, I found the lack of empathy and support quite disappointing. It’s a shame because In2Detailing has a great website, competitive pricing, and a promising product range. Unfortunately, poor customer service has completely overshadowed the experience for me.

You have only presented half a story here
You purchased the item through TikTok however you had it delivered to the wrong address (you enetered an incrrect delivery address on TikTok).
There is a photo clearly showing the item delivered to this address.
From our end this item has been delivered correctly to the address provided (all be it not the actual one you stay at).
We asked you to contact TikTok in order to raise a claim or resolve the issue.
I don’t know why they would ask you to contact us as from our end the item has been delivered correctly with photo proof of delivery.
I hope you get the issue resolved with TikTok however I don’t see how we are responsible for you entering an incorrect address at checkout on TikTok……

Superb advice-products will be my go to place now
I popped in to see Imran at In2detailing about 2 weeks ago (April 2025) as I was passing rather than by via the website. There are loads of websites selling car care - detailing products. I ended up buying a number of products based on Imran recommendation. He kindly spent a lot of his time explaining the pros and cons of various products, then had a look at my car and recommended some key products. Just wanted to pass on my sincere thanks to him for his advice, also the products which are superb. Far super to ones I have purchased from other sites. He was 100% right, the polishing compound MC3000 was perfect for removing the light marks - swirls. The Korean microfibres, I’ve never used anything like them amazing for final polishing too… Will be placing another order this week, will defiantly pop in next time I’m passing Dundee.. Best regards Steve B
