Having been introduced to Clean Your Car by a friend who is a fantastic detailer and someone who I have trusted with my cars. I knew I was going to get a "quality" recommendation, but I was not quite prepared for just how good these guys are.

Friendly, helpful, professional with some great knowledge and gratefully received advice are the first thoughts that spring to mind for Clean Your Car.

My first call to clarify a different fitting required for my power washer was handled by Dom and inspired me with confidence that I would receive exactly what I was looking for and achieve what I wanted to

Prices, I do not even question as I consider this is, again "quality" and I can only imagine they are very competitive. Stock levels are clearly displayed on each item/product. The range, stock levels and listings on the website are amazing.

After Dom had explained the adapter I needed I placed my first order and was told it would be with me next day delivered by DPD and I placed an order which qualified me for free delivery. DPD prove to be one of the best and most reliable couriers so I was really pleased that the fantastic service Clean Your Car were providing was going to be continued in their method of delivery.

If you need to "Clean Your Car" or someone else's, do not go anywhere else but here and you will see why I have written this review and want to offer the same praise publicly.

This company demonstrates a strong commitment to customer service. The advice provided is exceptional and the range of brands is superior to that of other car detailing companies. Furthermore, their packaging is of the highest quality. I will henceforth exclusively shop there.

Very rarely leave reviews. Been using these guys on and off for years. Today they talked me out of spending more money - crazy. Also supplied me with a part that I couldn't purchase anywhere, for free. Mountains of knowledge and some real top notch customer service. There's a reason why so many detailing suppliers go out of business, and some stay around forever. Special shout out to Dave. Stick by your principles.

I ordered some car cleaning and protection items at the beginning of the week and on receipt, yesterday, found one of the items had been incorrectly picked (the labels are VERY similar, having just a slightly different shade of orange). Shot an e-mail off to customer services and within just 40 minutes I had a 'shipping notification' for the correct item. Next day (today), the correct item arrived. At the moment I don't believe they want the incorrect item back, despite my asking (twice!).

Mistakes happen, it is how a business deals with a mistake that gives you a true measure of their quality, and in that respect, I could not be happier with the service I received.

I purchased various items from Clean Your Car back in May 2021. One of the items was a Valet Pro Inch Round Wheel Brush, unfortunately the plastic surround split whilst using it (a rare occurrence from this company I might add). David from customer service had no hesitation replacing the brush after I voluntarily sent him a picture of the item. He actually sent two brushes which arrived the next day! I would definitely recommend this company.

As i'm just dipping my toes into the bewildering waters of car & boat detailing I needed some advice!
CleanYourCar were so helpful, recommending me a selection of products to start off with - DAS6Pro polisher, some polish & some pads. No hard sell, just some good honest advice on what a newbie needed and what wasn't yet needed, from someone who was obviously very knowledgeable on car detailing itself and the products they sell.

Very poor customer service. When the product arrived is wasn't as described on their website (and still is). Followed their process for requesting a refund, had to then chase them up as they didn't provide the information required. Product has now been returned to them and no sign of my refund - they didn't respond to my last email I had to send chasing them.

Great as usual. Great range of products, quick dispatch with a decent courrier and super well packaged. You just get the impression these guys really care about what they are selling and would go the extra mile every time. Quality outfit.

Fantastic customer service by Dave. I emailed with some questions and Dave comprehensively replied to all my questions, and emails. For a beginner Dave’s explanations were excellent and advised me on a range of products to suit my needs. I can’t thank him enough.

I have bought from this company in the past and their service is fine. The only thing i take issue with are their product star ratings on their site.
I once purchased something that I wasn't that happy with and tried to write a review of the product on their site BUT because I wasn't giving the product review a high star rating they refused to publish my honest review.
With this in mind I'd treat their product 'reviews' with a pinch of salt. If I'm honest it makes them somewhat pointless really anyway.
