Incredible Connection Avis 

I recently bought a new lap top and various cables from Unathi at Incredible Connection in Newcastle Mall in KZN. He was sooo helpful, gave lots of advice, was very efficient, explained how different things would work on the laptop etc/. He really was amazing on every level, very knowledgeable about the product i was planning on buying, but also a shout out to all the staff at this branch. It was a pleasure to buy my 2nd laptop from them.

I had a great experience at incredible connections menlyn Maine . The service was quick. The staff made the experience the experience pleasant and easy. I was assisted by Simnikiwe. I would not hesitate to go back.

The stuff members were friendly and welcoming

I was given a wrong item in store by their staff and noticed it when I got home. The following day I went to return the item, they charged me 15% handling fee and told me that they have to send the money to my card via eft. I find this ridiculous that i cannot change an item after their staff made a mistake, they charged me for it and have to wait for the eft to be processed in ×/-48hrs. This happened at N1city

I've ordered a dishwasher online on 28 July 2025 and it shipped on 29 July 2025 at or about 14h56 according to the Incredible Connection tracking tool. Till today 08 August 2025, 11 days later I still don't have a dishwasher. If I knew that the service were going to be so pathetic, I would have bought the machine elsewhere. Their company or delivery period of 2-5 working days is a scam.

had a wonderful servive from Obakeng and Chad the guys even allowed to use their syore wifi to set up the tv... will definitely come back for more since Obakeng adviced me to open a gift an save money for future purpose... thanks to the guys will be living with a happy heart

My experience with Incredible Connection has been deeply disappointing. I attempted to collect an item I purchased online from a store near me, but the only collection options available were from branches more than 600km away. This left me with no choice but to opt for home delivery — an inconvenient solution, as I may not be available when the delivery takes place.

To make matters worse, the electronic invoice I received wasn’t even for the product I bought, but only for the delivery fee. How does a major retailer fail at something as basic as order processing and fulfilment? This is, after all, the core of their business.

Overall, my impression is that the operation is disorganised and customer-unfriendly.

I was at Incredible Connection yesterday in Canal Walk, Century City for assistance with laptop on contract. I was assisted by a polite and friendly staff by the name Jasmine. I will say she went above and beyond. What a great service I've received, please always be like that, you'll go far in this world. Thank you so much.

It has been 4 days since the last reply, per below. and STILL NO REFUND or communication.
Monday I shall be lodging legal action against Incredible Connection for THEFT!
Countless of promises to escalate and resolve this, prior to the last email 4 days ago. Yet all lies.

Refunded Date = NONE!
