Had ordered multiple semi stitched suits and gowns, everything was perfect and dress material was top notch. It's a brand I can trust

Ordered 3 suits.
Decided to cancel order because I did not think items would arrive in time. Customer services promised items would arrive....guaranteed delivery.
Delivery arrived on time but first item had not been shipped (they did not tell me in advance). Second item, the trousers were too short and i could not wear them. Only one item was ok (quality and stitching was not great). I only had one suit I could wear and no time to order anything else. There is no point delivering on time unless delivery is complete and the quality is acceptable.
i am still waiting for refund on suit that was not delivered and no fixing for trousers that are too short. I was very reluctant to order online and i will never order from this company again.
terrible customer service. The only response I get is "wait 1 day"

I not only bought the fabric but also got it stitched as per my size. It was exactly as shown in the picture and the quality was amazing. They managed to send the final product to Mumbai within 10 days even in the times of a pandemic.
One of my best online purchases at a reasonable cost.

They are just amazing ....they deliver things perfectly on time 💖....I have got my parcel customised and delivered just in two days 😀..

Got the product on time. Looks exactly the same in real🖤as much as I would like to give 5 stars - the pant size was too tight to wear and hence I couldn’t give 5. Apart from that, it’s been good

The saree i received is in perfect condition and the colour is just beautiful.I already have 6 sarees from this brand and this is the 7th one. Indus has always been upto the expectation. Love the brand. If you want beautiful saree at afordable rate just don't think twice and go for it. You won't regret for sure.

I would love to give "-5". Ordered 2 dresses, one dress fits and the other doesnt. Stitch is horrible.
I tried getting in touch with them on whatsapp, they said send an email to customer support. After that no response on whatsapp either.
Save your money and stay away from these people.

Unfortunately your measurements were off by more than an inch. I will post the picture with the difference and the measurements provided to you. So stop lying.

It's a fake company. Plz don't order anything from this website. I ordered a saree and made online payment. They sent me a fake message stating that the product has been delivered to you. But in reality they haven't delivered it when I called on the given no they said I will call you back let me check, but since then I haved called, emailed but they are not responding at all
