My mother had a very thorough hearing test done by Frances in the comfort of her own home yesterday. It was a great experience and Frances was very friendly, informative and knowledgeable which put my mother at ease straight away. She gave her a set of hearing aids to demonstrate the difference compared to the ones my mother was using and there was such a huge difference. At no stage did my mother feel under any pressure to purchase any hearing aids. Frances just showed my mother her best options. The prices were very competitive compared to other companies and Frances explained that if my mother was not happy with her hearing aids after purchasing them, the company would refund her within 30 days, no questions asked. I would highly recommend this company and thank Frances for such a pleasant experience for my mother.

I was confident about the expertise displayed by Frances. I understood the information she demonstrated and explained.

Jessie called to me this evening to do the hearing test and it turned out to be both a great experience and a very informative experience to both me, my wife and my 3 kids. Jessie explained everything about the ear and how the hearing works and showed the kids the photos of inside my ear. My hearing turned out to be ok but Jessie advised me to get the wax sorted as it could be causing hearing loss on certain days. I could not recommend Jessie enough and my wife will def be booking an appointment and hoping Jesse will be returning.

Absolutely superb service from arranging a hearing appointment to where an audiologist visits your home making it extremely personal and very relaxing. to receiving my hearing aids. Jessie the audiologist was very thorough and knowledgeable from day one when she did my hearing test to fit my hearing aids. I would certainly recommend independent living and hearing to Annie and all who needs his service.
And most importantly the cost of the hearing aids is more than competitive.
On a personal level I am absolutely delighted with this service. Thank you, Jesse and team.

From once I filled out the form for my free hearing test until I got my hearing aids fitted the whole experience was pleasant. Gemma called to my home, she was very professional and friendly, made me feel very relaxed, also made the process of fitting the batteries and keeping the hearing aids clean very easy for me, I am very pleased and confident about wearing my hearing aids and taking the proper care of them

I am writing this review on behalf of my mum who has recently suffered her second stroke.. I was lucky enough to be able to have the time off work to be with her on both her consultation and her fitting appointment.

Jemma was extremely kind, caring and patient with my mum. She was friendly and passionate about helping mum the best she could.
