I ordered 3 t-shirts only because they reckon they were affiliated with Breast Cancer. I received the items. The fabric was cheap chinese garbage and the sizing was all wrong. I requested a refund and was asked to explain why and to send them pictures of the items with a tape measure showing 3 different measurements..bust, sleeve length(?) and length from shoulder. They offered 15% refund and gave a sob story saying they are a new business and their return centre has moved off shore. Care factor = zero. Not my problem! After tooing and froing (30 emails I kid you not), I finally got a full refund. Each time they would offer a further 5% discount. Please DO NOT purchase anything from this sight unless you are 200% sure you want to keep the items. Their customer service was disgraceful. They keep addressing me using my user name (email). I also question their affiliation with fundraising for Breast Cancer. They said to keep the items but they were that gross, I chucked them out.

Pink Hope Australia was rebounded to "Inherited Cancers Australia " in 2024 and they are based in Narabeen NSW.

Just received my jumper’s order they look nothing like the site when you see the product you are ordering they are listed as jumper look like they have been knitted. When you open your order they aren’t knitted they just look shocking you can only put them in the bin. Next time I will read all the reviews.

This company advertised that their clothes are designed, made and sent from Australia and are cotton blend. I ordered 3 items and they came from China where my payment also went to. The items received were far inferior to what was advertised. They are polyester and one even felt like plastic. I asked to return the items and get a full refund. They offered me a 15% refund. The phone number and address on the website does not exist.

One star rating and that is being very generous. Should be able to give "0" or even negative stars.
The delivered product is nothing like that portrayed in the advertising. Quality is non-existent. Photo appears to show a knitted garment with embroidery. Actually it was a 100% nylon product.
Button arrangement is that for men's tops not women.
Sizing is wrong. I ordered a "small" as I'm 5' 1" and 50 kgs. It would easily fit my husband who is near 6' and 90kgs.
Absolute sham and fraudulent organisation.

Bad customer service. Poor quality clothing. Poor fitting. Partial refund on 1 item only after submitting multiple photos per item of back & front, tape measure photo of 1. Bust. 2. Shoulder to hem. 3 shoulder width & 4 sleeve length. No exchanges offered. Excuses & sob stories such as “we are a new company” (garbage): “low staffing” (?!). Pathetic.

This company which was supposed to be in Melbourne where their goods come from China, have stopped sharing my emails and have marked my order as delivered. I did not receive it after spending over $80. Talk about a scam! Now I have to try and get my money back 😡😡

What I ordered is NOT what I received, but a cheap imitation of the photos they advertised. They claim "Made in Australia", they're made in China. They claim "indigenous wear" but it has no affiliation either with them or Breast cancer donations. They claim a refund/return policy but do not give it but try to offer a fraction of what you pay. Still waiting to get my money back. Will follow up with Paypal for my refund.
