The shopping experience was good. I am disappointed with the length of the pig-tail/wire connection. These lights will be in the MOST harsh environment imaginable. I hope they live up to the IP claim?... Voir plus

The crimp mechanism do not hold tight from the wire to strip light. Git sign together and very frustrating that half the lights arent on.

Awesome light at a good price and really fast shipping. All the businesses I work with should be taking note of how it’s done.

Great Customer Service! I found ICL on line while searching for…
I found ICL on line while searching for driveway bollard lights. I chatted with an on line associate regarding questions I had and order/delivery times. When we were ready for the bollards at our building project I returned to the website to order the products & mounting anchors, but the cart wasn’t showing the right # of lights and anchor kits so I called and had an associate assist me with the order. The products arrived UPS faster than expected and appeared in good shape. We are paving our 700 ft driveway and preparing to install them this week. Your customer service is great, and we are hoping we love the products! Our electrician looked over the specs on the bollards we chose and gave his approval, so we can’t wait to put them in!

I received my materials quickly.
This was especially important as I was waiting since April for another vendor to send me a similar light.
Thank you!

product and install, both good
a good product and good install instructions. I would like to have seen specific applications for my repair parts, but the general specs matched fine.
