Industrial Safety Products Avis 

Unfortunately the helmet I ordered didn't fit. Had to speak to their customer service twice to get an email sent with return instructions (took about 40mins total). Their returns department is a mess, and they are charging me a restocking fee. And I have to pay for the shipping. They lost a customer on my first and only purchase from them.

Best price price for the item I could find and delivery was quick.

Super fast shipping. Arrived in good condition just as I expected. Would be great to include a couple stickers with the cool slogans for a toolbox or truck

Horrible customer service. The product I ordered was defective. They replaced it with another defective product. I asked for a refund. They promised in writing a refund within 24-48 hours but that timeframe came and passed with no further response. I called customer service for over two weeks - each time being told the refund was being processed to no avail. Yesterday I was promised a callback within 30 minutes. That didn’t happen. Today, after yet another call and another complaint, they finally issued the refund. I don’t know if this was incompetence or a sham - regardless, take your business elsewhere.

Don’t bother with this company find a more reliable company.

Ordering was easy. I got delivery confirmation email, responded to it due to not having my product. Sure enough my product showed up today!!! I have no issues will ordering again from this company.

Free shipping on certain items is great, but I would have liked to add several other items that were not included in the free shipping promotion, the shipping costs on those items was the deciding factor of why I didn't order anything else. If the shipping costs were more reasonable, I would order more from ISP.

Quicky delivery, correct product sent and good quality

Quick and convenient online ordering process. Found exact safety equipment that the company was looking for at the best price. Good quality product. Fulfillment was very speedy and shipping was free. Order arrived within 3 days as promised. Thanks ISP!

The items (Ethernet Encoders) took a while to come in. But thankfully I was buying them for backstock; I would be screwed in an emergency situation.

BUT the biggest concern of mine is that this is not an item as can "test". So I have no way of knowing whether or not these encoders work.

This is our second order with ISP. We couldn't be more satisfied with our service. One of the hard hats was damaged in shipping with the first order, and they issued a replacement with the second order. The staff was prompt in getting our proofs to us, and our products look great.

Fast process the only hiccup was having to sign for the package become problematic due to we typically are in the field working not at our office. I did not know you would have to sign for the package or I would went to purchase it somewhere else.

ISP itself it great. Fast service and great pricing. Problem is their carrier. Tracking isn't always great and a couple times they've not delivered an item they said was delivered, I contact customer support, then the item shows up the next day. This is a hassle on both ends. Tracking shouldn't be difficult.

Material as specified, good price, speedy delivery

I never received my order, and support never contacted me back despite the fact that I tried communicating with them several times. I don’t really recommend doing business with ISP.

It was easy to find the product I was looking for and at a reasonable price. Appreciated the fast shipping. However, there seemed to have been a problem with the labels on one of the boxes so it had ended up in a very different location on the campus (we are a large university) and I am not sure why that was. Thankfully, the folks whose department it ended up in found my name and number from university directory and let me know that it was at their mail room. It took me a bit to find it and it would've been hard to bring it over to the proper location if the package had been bigger/heavier. some customer support on the same would be helpful.
