Website said it was in stock, a week went by with no updates so I had to call to find out you had to special order it. Two more weeks go by with no correspondence
So I called again with nothing more than it will be sometime in the beginning of February. I wouldn’t have been as upset have there been better communication.

Ordered a confined space monitor with 2-day delivery. Did not received until after it was needed-4 business days later. I had to rent a unit locally because this did not come in time. I called and asked if unused unit could be returned and was told they do not take returns. Waiting for call back from customer service to see if manager would allow return due to specific set of circumstances. No call back as of 2/10/26.
That was a waste of $899. Very disappointed.

I been in the construction business for more than 7 years working night time , so I require to have some quality light for my safety and I have all type of expensive light for hard hat , some of them pretty bright but battery don’t last others , no bright enough but battery last some , this light has everything a person need reliable, strong , battery last , the power of the light is strong , the best I ever for sure already recommend it to my coworkers and will keep buying some more in the future. I bought the bomber jacket SJ11QB-3ZGS type R for Roadside assistance it has been very cold outside in PA this jacket it's very warm it doesn't feel cheap. I like how it fits once it's starts getting a little warmer out I will have to buy another one that is lighter so I don't get to hoy but so far this jacket is amazing looks great feels great and it does its job at night so cars can see you as you assist others

These were easy to order and were delivered quickly.

Placed an order for an SCBA mask in November. The product didn’t arrive until late January, and due to the delay, I purchased the item at a local store, so I needed to return the product. The return process took a week of emailing with their return department, and in the end, they required me to pay to ship it back to them, would not refund the original shipping, and also charged me a 20% restocking fee even though I never even opened the shipping box. Ultimately, to ship the product back and the 20% fee ended up costing me $100.00. I would not buy from them again as all of their products can be purchased elsewhere, and most all of the other retailers would not charge me to ship it back or a 20% fee.

Product arrived broken! On top of that the exchange policy takes DAYS! Not 1 or 2 days, they take 3-5 days just to reach out, then they want to know how product broke, they want pictures. I do not know how or why it broke. The product ARRIVED BROKE.

The product was as advertised, for a reasonable price. However, whichever entity is responsible for shipping provided no shipping tracking, or notification when products were delivered.
