My Husband and I paid so much money a month and only one was resolved . They out are money into Global and we paid it off the rest with that . But again we could have done that on are own. So what a waist of time and money . Now I am stuck to one major credit card and now what am I going to do ? This is just awful. We should all get together and sue them for are money they took etc.

I’m so angry…. I’ve paid $336 since April 2022 and they’ve only settled 1 card. I wish I was more on top of it before and stopped payments before I paid them near $12,000!! My debt was only 17k I could’ve been close to paying it off by now if i didn’t trust these idiots. They changed their law firm name to “Derrick Williams” law firm and now they’re in a lawsuit and there’s nothing they can do. Now I’m struggling finding housing because my credit is still poor after paying all this money!! Can’t believe this happened, and I don’t know where to go from here to get my money back. I’m living from paycheck to paycheck and need this money back or at least good credit. Horrible horrible company and the Derrick Williams one they changed us to.

Now I have to stress over this and where to go from here after I've dealt with my husband being hospitalized over the summer and now out of work. I've called several times and was waiting over an hr and still no answers

I thought I was alone in this! I sugned my contract with this company in 2022, where I have made monthly payments, totaling about $6000, before the law suite. To my surprise, these crowns only applied $3000 to my debt. I have been currently disenrolled in the program and was told the rest of the money went to fees. Now I have to battle my debt myself after months of defaults. I wish I had know, read or someone had told me about this selfish company.

Same as everyone else on here I signed on with this company in January of 2023 to try to settle about 36K in credit card debt. Since that date I have been paying 600/month towards what I will never know. When we all got our letters that this company was being sued by the govt and they had frozen all account I should have gotten out right then and there but I didn't. The rep on the phone told me "be patient. we're fighting this and it looks like it will be in our favor" and being the patient person that I am I allowed the debits to continue coming from my bank acct. Fast forward to the end of Oct and 4 of these credit card companies have default judgements against me because NO ONE showed up in court for me and NO ONE filed any answers for me during the entire year of 2024! Of course no one at Global Holdings wants to talk to me but they were quick to close my acct. If you have an open acct with them, I would say cut your losses and close the acct. After 18 months and none of my credit being settled I should have gotten back most of my money. I ended up with 40% almost on the nose.

In Feb. of 2023 I contacted Law firm of Derek Williams to check out their Debt Relief Loan per an advertisement I had read. I was visited by a rep from a nearby law firm to sign the loan Document. I was promised a hardcopy of the doc which never came. My new payments of 422.00 were to go into a new account at Global Holdings to be used in the negotiation process to settle my debt with my creditor. Never heard a thing from Derek Williams except that they had re-branded to Infinite Law group. After a year and a half of payments (approx. Feb. 2023 till April 2024) and NO information from Infinite I finally logged into the newly named Infinite law group website to see what was going on with my debt settlement. While in my online account I had seen that my account was in debt settlement review status. I am assuming that meant they had made an offer to my creditor with the money they had been collecting from me via monthly payments of 422.00 a month. I attempted to reach Infinite Law group over and over and over again via phone, email and whatever other means available, to no avail. There was only one response and that was an email that said no one was available right now and that someone would get back with me. That was a lie. I never was able to reach anyone at Infinite. It was as if they did not really exist. By this time I was pretty panicked. So I went into the Global Holdings website to see what I could learn. I finally was able to see my monies and my balance which was little more than 600.00. I calculated my balance should have been right around 6000.00. Long story short, Infinite Law group had been taking out approximately 360.00 of my 422.00 payments for their fees, leaving approximately 69.00 of each monthly payment to go towards my debt settlement. I, of course was livid. Tried reaching out again every way available and still no response. I had no other option but to reach out to my creditor to settle with them. I reached a settlement with them and closed my account with Global Holdings getting back the balance I had left in my account. I hope above all else that Infinite Law group gets what they deserve for cheating people out of their hard earned money.

I have been making payments for over a year, the Customer svs messed up my payment in January, they reset it and never drafted in February and took my March payment and cancelled me due to missing two payments when it was their error. Since then I have be unable to speak with anyone or get a return email. They NEVER contacted any of the Debt so now my credit is totally screwed and they are sitting on over $4000 of my money and I am getting threated to be sent to legal on the accounts

LIke the others here i joined in 2022 and have paid over $6000. I have recuperated $1200. The other money has been allocated to "fees."
I have worked independently with my creditors and settled the accounts myself. The Law firm is hard to reach with long wait times. Will be following the litigation process.

I'm sorry I didn't read these reviews before. I've been with program for 2 years and put in $6,000 and gotten absolutely nothing done. I have settled creditors on my own, borrowing money and still get no debt relief from this company. DO NOT STOP at this company. I wish I had did my homework before. I too can get no one on the phone and no response when I needed help. Wasted time and money.

How do I cancel with this law firm because they have been pulling money from me for over 12 month and I have seen no progress. also when i try to call and contact them i get no answer. I want my money back

I hired the (law offices of Derrick Williams LLC.) in Jan.
was sueing them for the employees. but cant seem to find any representation for the clients. The dept of consumer affairs seem to be aware of this also what can I do.Im DF

I have been calling this company for 3 days straight and can not get a call/email/fax back from them. No one answers. They say there hours are 9-530 est , I call at 430 est and they say there are closed and it hangs up on me. I have faxed, emailed , left voicemail. Nothing in return.

Scam... I am being charged 350. A month and have been paying for 18 months. They have done nothing to help. They charged extra to have a local attorney go to court and now I have another summons because they told me not to pay or talk to creditors. Now I cant get them to answer the phone. I even faxed a request for a phone call from them twice. How is this legal for them to steal from people? What do we do about it? Any help out there?

PLEASE DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. We've been paying almost $500 a month to them since October 2022, being told it would go towards legal fees but ultimately would build up the pay off some of the debt once a settlement was reached. over the past few months we've received court summons from the creditors and were advised to not reach out directly but to let them take care of everything through the law office, so we did what we were told. Getting on the phone with anyone in the office became increasingly hard and wait times were up to 3hours this last time I called! long story short, we received judgment motions for the FULL amount of the debts to be paid as the negotiations never took place even though every time I was able to get on the phone with a customer service rep they said "they were working on getting the cases pushed to a negotiator and we just needed to wait". Wage garnishment paperwork was sent to my husbands employer for the full amount and well we have absolutely no idea what's going to happen. Please save yourself the time, pain, and money and work with a different company!

I would give this place a zero if I could I signed up two years ago I make payments on time every time every time they go to settle a new card they want more money upfront, and my credit is still in the shitter two years later I was told my debt would be settled within six months, and my Credit would be on the mend by then How do I go about finding a lawyer to help me with the situation?

If I could give 0 stars I would. They take advantage of their customer base. People already struggling with money and false promises of help. I pay over $300 a month to them and over half of it has been used for fees and "retainers" for their lawyers, who have done NOTHING with the court settlements I have received and have now gotten wages garnished due to their lack of work. When asking them they state that they are working on it, call the creditors, and they say they have heard nothing from this law firm... absolute scam. Of over $5800 paid to this company and them stating it takes time, only $1430 has been used to pay off a debt. The fees and fines I received from the creditors is far over this amount which makes this program useless as I am now going to end up paying more in the long run since they did not do their job as promised, let alone even attempt to contact creditors. On top of that getting a hold of anyone at this agency is a joke and you can expect to wait on hold for at least 45 min and half the time get a message saying there is no one able to assist you after your wait time!!! JOKE OF A COMPANY!!

I’d do zero stars if possible. This was a complete scam. I was making payments totaling almost $4500.. my creditors have received less than $800 and I will be getting $800 back.. the rest went to fees.. the cost of fees would have paid off one of my creditors.. huge scam. The representative on the phone never mentioned any of the fees. Reporting to BBB.

Avoid this firm at all cost. They tell you everything will be taken care of. This is a big fat lie things are continually dropped no follow up customer service is a joke.
You are better off calling your creditors yourself and save the 10k plus fees they are going to charge you up front. There is a reason so few can complete the program. Things get dropped and wages get garnished anyway.

This company is deceiving. I have been paying $500 for the past 8 months which I believed was going into a savings account to eventually settle a debt.

They have not made any communication with my creditor. When I asked to cancel my program, they told me that I would only be able to get back $577.00, they would be taking $3777.75 for fees. They did absolutely noting for me. They actually caused me to go more into debt than before.

This company does not communicate with you, and does not give you updates about your account. They just keep taking your money! I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission, and currently working on settling the debt myself with my creditor!

I will fight for my refund, they should not take advantage of people this way. Why are are they paying themself for not doing any work? CRAZY! I hope that they get shut down so that no one else has to be deceived.
