Biscuits
The biscuits my colleague gave me afterwards were really tasty,
The chap on the phone whose name might have been Jamie but I can't recall. He laughed at my daftness, which was nice. Very helpful and patient.
The biscuits were Nutella flavoured; just what I needed after hard days computing.
Jamie was kind and helped me over the phone, without him I would have been lost. (Metaphorically of course. I'm sat at my desk, I know where I am.)
Seriously, Inflection Point are wonderful and really know there stuff, especially where computers and Prog Rock are concerned. They helped me set up a new laptop and previously have suggested King Crimson albums which I have thoroughly enjoyed.
So thank you once again Inception Point for saving the day, along with my folders. All the best, for the future, which will after all (or should that be ai) be digital, I'm sure. Yours, M.
