The procedure from talking to you and ordering was quite simple. I also required a quick delivery to NI and received the goods in 2 days to meet clients dates.

Cost efficient heating.
We bought an infra red heater for our lounge as a source of secondary heating for when it isn't cold enough to switch on the main heating. The heater arrived in plenty of of packaging to keep it safe from damage and the installation was easy providing that you are comfortable using a drill. Pairing the heater to the app didn't seem to work the first time around, but we turned the power on and off and tried again and it worked! The heater has been in use for a couple of weeks and we are delighted with it. The heater heats the room evenly and costs less than 10p per hour to run. From the app you can set the heater to switch on and off at specific times and set your desired room temperature. Ours is on from 6am to 10pm with a room temperature of 21 degrees celsius. The 5 year guarantee gives me confidence that the heater will stand the test of time, it seems like a solidly built piece of equipment.
All in all a good buy that I recommend to others.

I haven't used the infrared radiators as yet, this is just about the company.
After searching the website I had a couple of questions and the answers were given quickly. After I was satisfied with everything I ordered 2 mirrored radiators, they look great and very slim line.
