Installed 2 of the companys heaters 2…
Installed 2 of the companys heaters 2 years ago . We had an issue with the cable holding 1 breaking and even though it had been up for 2 years they replaced the heater with no charge and advise on the best replacement option. Very helpful and above average customer service.

I like the image of the waterside hut
I like the image of the waterside hut. What I dislike is there is no indication of temperature or anyway of setting a desired temperature. No on/ off switch, I would consider it overpriced for just a heater.

REPLACEMENT HEATERS
The company negotiated replacement heaters, for faulty ones no longer stocked,in a completely fair and acceptable way. Although the initial used substitutes did not fit the bill, the company offered new ones, at a fair price, from an alternative manufacturer. At all times the company were understanding and helpful. Thank you Jude your bosses should give you a pay rise!

Infrared heater
Received a well packaged radiator. It arrived quickly. It is a very clean looking radiator and gives out a fair amount of heat. We have it on feet for the moment so it's mobile. If we invest in another one I'd go for one with a thermostat.
