I am a 32 year old man from Stockport who has been suffering with mental health issues for many years affecting my ability to work, However with help from the lovely “down to earth” people at ingeus I was able to overcome many obstacles and get myself a full time job in which I am thriving, thank you ingeus and everyone involved for helping me get back on track and for anybody reading this you can do it too!!! Good program and a great experience
A well thought out program that turns small steps into a toolkit you can carry with you throughout daily life to take care of your mental health.
The monthly sessions were a great format that worked with my time commitments, with additional resources or check-ins available when I need it.
As with anything, you get out of it what you put in. But I was paired with a great person to lead me through the program, so our joint approach created a positive experience.

The whole structure from reception to…
The whole structure from reception to the locked offices to the open offices is ill conceived - having to knock on the door to see your advisor ( usually answered by scowling colleagues ) and to have personal conversations in an open plan office is not particularly comfortable
