WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!
Every bad review is absolutely 100% accurate! They are the worst online head shop that doesnt care about customer service whatsoever! I have ordered from them for years since they cornered the market, an I ALWAYS HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE! Stay away from this place if you can!

Hi John,
We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve had a frustrating experience — especially as a longtime customer. We take all feedback seriously and want to make things right. Unfortunately, we couldn't find any order information to help us look into your case.
Could you please email us at support@inhalco.com with your order number or further details? You can also respond to this review with more information. We’d truly appreciate the chance to sort this out.
Sincerely,
The INHALCO Team

They did great in every department! 5 stars!
Great communication between company & customer... really fast shipping in my case, & I'm very happy with the price point on the Lookah Seahorse King. I was bummed the bubbler attachment was out of stock with y'all, so I did an experiment & ordered it straight from Lookah USA the same day I ordered the Seahorse from y'all. You guys beat Lookah by 8 days lol. 👍 ☆☆☆☆☆
