Vapor Puffs Avis 214

I ordered on4/9 and as of 4/18 my vapes are still not here I would never order from here again

Well , I thought I had found a company that I liked and had no problems with ordering my vapes as I am disabled and can't get to a store to buy any.. back in October I had an order they kept saying the had shipped but it took 10 days to get to me from Florida to South Alabama.. well here it is March and since then I had 2 orders where half the vapes don't work. They did refund those with an apology. But the order I placed on April 2nd, well I haven't seen it yet and it's April 9th. I mean I have t seen it anywhere. It's usually delivered by a carrier that I can track it with. Nothing in their end , bit even a label created waiting on product. Email and get a tracking number from a company I never heard of.. so I co tact them.. they were a real shipping co.. they had the label ready and in the system since April 3rd but no package to ship.. screen shorted that andsent it to vapor Puffs via email..still haven't heard a thing back..checked again on tht shipper websight and it was "received in Las Vegas,and then shipped from Las Vegas on April 8th. No further updates.. I been receiving all my shipments from florida so I have no idea why Las Vegas. Still no word back from vapor puffs .. it's 5:12 pm April 9th Eastern time here in Alabama..something just isnt right.. I'll update...

I've been with vapor puffs for couple years plus now and I immediately stopped shopping at vape shops. I only order from them. If I need help then I get real life person to help me which is totally rare these days . Great vapes, they are awesome, trustworthy, and I tell everyone! #Vaporpuffs

Getting my last order this week I'll find a vape company that cares for its customers!! Awful business 😡

Half of the vapes i ordered didnt work. One of them wouldn't shut off at all the battery had to die for it to finally shut off. Crazy.

I had to email the company to get my tracking. I order 2 Orion vapes and 2 lost vapes. Since they were their deals. I figured why not. I get them in yesterday. I tried the p.o.p. flavor thought it tasted funny. Then I get home tonight. Tested all of my vapes and all 4 were bad. None of them had any flavor. So really pissed off I probably wont get my refund on them.

The product was good and arrived on time.

I have been trying get hold them and get no response

They are attempting to scam. They claim they cannot cancel my order. Be wary.

Great choice for a vape store, have great sales, fast shipping, and lots of products to choose from.

I never received my products please give me a refund or im calling my credit card fraud department.
I'm very upset with company I never had this problem with any other company before but they're out of my flavor. I ordered these on 11/18/25

vapor puffs has been amazing since I started making purchases. Shipments are fast and you can’t beat the prices.

Three of the four vapes I purchased, would not accept a recharge. They were all EVO DOZO. The fourth an EvoBar, worked fine.
I called the number listed as "Contact" on the website - VM was full. It said you can SMS. So I texted this complaint. I never heard back.
I don't know if you discounted these units because you knew they were defective or what.
What I know for certain, it that it should be easier to contact a retailer who is legitimate. And to expect products to work as they are designed.

The turn around time is every fast and quickly

The vape I bought only lasted 2 days then burnt out. I tried to get a hold of customer service for a replacement but no one would answer or ever call back.

This vape is fruity and the battery lasts for a little while I kind of like this one.

Good prompt service I recommend them
