Craig attended solo when his team-mate went sick. As a result he had to dig a nasty hole by hand which meant the job took much longer than scheduled, delaying him for later jobs. Despite the difficult situation, he was polite and communicated at each stage of the process.

Alex Bull from Innovation Group was great at talking me through the process of the geotechnical testing. He was competent, knowledgeable and reassuring throughout. Definitely felt like I was in safe hands.
