Innovation Group Avis 920

Innovation Group were asked to inspect the drains by our insurers as part of an ongoing subsidence claim. Terry Jones came out, Job no 0126299. He arrived on time to carry out the survey and was very polite at all times, answering all our questions in a very professional manner. He explained how all the equipment worked when we asked, as we were naturally curious about the process, and he didn’t show any annoyance at our enthusiasm! Terry was very professional throughout, in addition to which, the van was very well equipped to carry out the survey to a high standard. Terry left the site in a cleaner condition than he found it and you don’t get to say that about many trades people! Well done and thank you Terry :)

Excellent service attended on time and called ahead clean inspection and Terry explained process clearly.

I have not had great dealings with innovation group.

A potential claim with Aviva was bounced to them in August last year. They came out and inspected but 4 months later we could not get them to respond. I had promises of "we will chase it up", "will get them to give you a call" etc. They have now left me in a position where I cant get insurance as they wont do their job, my current is about to expire and im left without it.

Another promise today of a call so we will see....
I gave the extra star as it least the person Im now talking to appears to be helpful

Robert Rollinson was a breath of fresh air. My insurance claim has been plodding along since the middle of November and as a result have had damaged drains since. Rob started the ball rolling quickly and efficiently. Thank you at last Rob.

I had two visits today and despite the pouring rain both were carried out successfully . Both men were on time which was appreciated . The first was bore holes for soil samples the second for a drain survey . No name for the first but second James . My thanks to both .

Chris and Charlie have been first class since the moment they arrived. Identified the issue quickly and carried out the repairs to an excellent standard.

Marcus was really friendly and efficient. I have a very curious mind and Marcus answered all of my questions in a very professional, warm manner!
