It's a dead-end job in a toxic setting
My experience working at Insilico was deeply disappointing. The turnover rate is absolutely staggering. Senior leadership is out of their depth when it comes to the basics of science and medicine, which makes working on anything technical or meaningful incredibly frustrating. Even worse, trust is nonexistent. Private feedback and performance reviews aren't treated with any respect. They've been openly shared with others, twisted, and weaponized to create division and destroy reputations. There's been zero investment in new local projects, and no pathway for learning or career development. It's a dead-end job in a toxic setting, led by people who lack both expertise and integrity.
