I would never order from here again

I would NOT recommend shopping here. I ordered four pulls for our laundry room and one came damaged. I then had to pay for a restocking fee when I decided to move forward with another pull and return all. The only reason I did that is because I received a damaged one!! Kinda crazy that I somehow lost money ordering from this company... The customer service is not good and the man I spoke to was not very friendly (the owner of company). It seems like they would be very apologetic that I received a damaged pull, but that was not the case. Also, the hardware is not that great of quality for the price - hence why it probably came damaged. I would check out emtek, build w/ Ferguson, etc. Emtek is much more heavy and substantial feeling which is what I usually ordered in past. Way more options and better quality. Also, I actually had to ask if they could remove the restocking fee on the damaged one... and they acted like it was an inconvenience. It's just not worth working with a company that doesn't have good, friendly customer service when there's so many other options out there. Plus I think the restocking fee of 20% per item is crazy. The owner told me that is the standard for hardware, but I have ordered hardware many times and never experienced that. I understand having to pay for return shipping and even the 20% would have been more understandable IF I wasn't inconvenienced and received a damaged pull in the first place...

When you decided to return all four items, despite only one being damaged, we did our best to accommodate your request, offering a partial restocking fee for the undamaged items. We also provided assistance with design advice, even after the return process was initiated, as we genuinely wanted to ensure you were satisfied with your choices.

Our restocking fee, which applies to returned items in new condition, is part of our standard policy to cover the operational costs of returns. We understand that this can be inconvenient, and I’m sorry if this caused additional frustration, especially after receiving a damaged pull. I’d like to clarify that the fee only applied to the undamaged items, and we were always prepared to resolve the issue with the damaged pull at no additional cost to you.

Regarding the comparison to Emtek, we recognize that they are a well-respected brand in the industry, known for their high-quality hardware. Decent value but beware sample or return process

EDIT: I left an honest negative review on one of their products on their website, but they didn't post it. Just be warned that the reviews on their website might be deceptively positive, as this company selectively posts certain reviews. I wouldn't support this company and think buyers should look elsewhere.

The hardware was of decent quality for the price, but I was charged an additional restocking fee to return some samples I ordered. It took some back and forth to figure out why, and I think the additional restocking fee was a little steep, especially since it was applied across all the products I ordered. Would've been nice to have the pictures and explanation up front. I wish these guys had a more customer-friendly sample process, especially since I placed the full order before returning the samples. Customer service experience put a bit of a sour note in my mouth, but I still give 4 stars. I will probably order hardware elsewhere in the future.

Beautifully made!

The handle I ordered was great, unfortunately, my chandelier that I was trying to match was champagne gold and didn’t match the handles. So sad to return such a lovely handle!
