Inspire Watch Avis 27

Ordered one watch, it arrived but never worked. Inspire sent me a replacement but the second watch only worked for a few weeks. Inspire’s solution is to offer a 10% coupon towards another item and a credit. I think not!
Don’t waste your $$.

Fake company these should be taken down

I bought a watch for my son for around $115. Not long after, the lock pin on the band fell off .
I wrote an email to Inspire watch requesting for it to be fixed, or at least get some sort of supports from them. But the email, I recieved, was sorry it passed the 30 days period, nothing can be done.
What a load of rubbish. The watch is less than 6 months old.
The funny thing was, I was offered a 20% discount on my next purchase. I think that these people have something seriously wrong with their brains.
Would I be buying anything from them anymore after this?..
They offered no support, very bad product qualities, day light robbery, unacceptable customer service. A $10 product from a market would still have a 30 days warranty, let alone $AU115.
So now I have to take the watch for repairs, and this cost $50, out of pocket.
Hope more people would read these reviews before buying any product from this site. Better, don't buy from them at all.

This company is essentially fraudulent. They state that they will offer a full refund if you request such within 7 days yet they then offer a store credit. The watch I ordered came in a small paper envelope without a box or instructions and does not match the description on their website.

sorry but did not one else notice the both crappy photoshop and almost exact copy of pictures from other more trusted websites, please next time dont buy something from this place, i never did because i found both the odd photoshopping and similarities from other websites, the shein of the watch market, just googled one of the watches, im 90% sure thats a barbie doll arm.

I at least received a watch, but the battery was dead and then a strap broke. Customer Service said they would send a replacement two months later and i realize that this company has no moral compass. I would never buy or recommend them to anyone.

Never shipped. Send me tracking number but it was just number. No shipping after ordered 3 weeks.
People don’t buy from this company. You will regret like me. I should research before order.

I ordered a watch 15 days ago, I called the number and it is out of service.
When tracking your product it is always in the same location.
The company is a fraud.

Ordered watch back in April 2022 and never received the watch. Tried contacting many times w no call back, no one answers phone because they say its down for maintenance. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! ITS A SCAM!!

I ordered a watch. Waited several weeks & received nothing. Emailed them & got no response. Called the phone number on their website numerous times for days & was not able to reach anyone. Their voicemail message was that their phone lines are down due to maintenance. They took my money but I received nothing. I rate Inspire Watch 0 out of 5 stars!!

They say their watches will read oxygen saturation and blood pressure. Sounds wonderful but the readings are fake. I bought one and it's readings are not even close to my actual blood pressure and oxygen saturation. In my opinion their products are no more than expensive costume jewelry.

They asked why I wanted a return then said that it wasn't valid. That was after they said that my watch was out of stock and if I wanted a refund. I said yes, they sent it to me anyway and now won't take my return

I ordered a watch fitness tracker mid May 2022, I was not happy with it therefore wanted to return it for a refund. I was told my email that they do not accept returns or refunds if you “not happy with it and want to return

Totally a fraud

I ordered the inspire watch. It took 24 days to receive it and when it came we tried to get it to work. It is very difficult to connect to the phone. It won't stay on and after much effort we finally got it to connect 2 minutes later it disconnected. And the company states that the phone must be the problem. My husband bought the phone 2 days ago. They want us to make a video of the problem...How do you video a watch that won't connect. Someone said that they reported this company to BBB but I could not find any report...Horrible!!!

I've purchased a Watch from inspirewatch.com and first they no longer have the product and then they stop communicating with me via their email, their phone number doesn't work so u can't contact them..$Almost $400 gone and I can't afford another gift for my husband this year I've been saving up for this from last year SMH I'm just in shock right now....omg is this real? they're on the site like they are a reputable company. Something as to be done.

The promo emails they send have a separate section for people who haven't received their items. Says something.

I ordered a watch from their website more than 35 days ago. I have contacted them for information about shipment but there was nothing. I asked for a refund and there is no response. Their phone number is not a functioning one. I have reported them to the BBB.

I have been waiting for my watch 3 months already. I don't have even a message from anyone to tell me where is my watch or my money.

Rang the number on the website +44 7764 512244 is inaccessible - is there an issue with the number and why is it a cell phone number? The product is described well and the site is professional. But why can't I reach on the phone number.
