The whole experience has been very positive from being advised how the process works and the benefits of Starlink to ordering the installation and equipment to the fitting. The engineer (Ben) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout to ensure everything was working as it should be. Due to the very old house we needed time to work out how to get the network as far as possible.Ben was excellent in this and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Terrible service
Terrible service. Your engineer had no clue about Starlink and left leaving us with the previous BT connection. Left our home in a mess. Your helpline never picks up even after 20 minutes waiting. At present I will not recommend you to anyone.

A global issue with Starlink activations caused many issues on day of installation across the UK. Our phone lines were jammed as we provide aftercare and support to everyone - something Starlink does not provide. When we finally got through to Senthil we were able to resolve the issue. Their 1 star review left in frustration.

From the first phone call to the installation process today I could not find fault with the company in anyway. Jason and Joe who carried out the work need a special mention for being so smart, efficient and personable. Also their patience in taking me through the app and account set up. Our WiFi download speed of 15 has been increased twenty fold. Absolutely delighted.

Lex was amazing he arrived at 1pm and left just after 8pm yes 8pm the install was a complete success it just took time to complete mainly the internal works, he apologised for the late hour of finishing that didn't bother me a great chap who was determined to complete his job something you don't see a lot of these days.
