Outstanding service
We had an outstanding service with our install, a few months later our internet was not working as efficiently due to a technical issue. Rung 7pm Friday evening, we had an engineer on site Saturday morning 8:20am fixed by 9am. 5 star service, we are back up and running. Couldn’t fault the service with responsive communication and support. Highly recommend.

Install Pros got back to me straight away after completing a short survey the advisor was helpful and knowledgeable install date booked to my convenience and details of the engineer Andy provided who contacted me a couple of days before offering an even earlier install date which I accepted Andy & his colleague arrived on time with Starlink installed in a hour Andy was very helpful walking me through the setup process, I have full Wi-Fi coverage throughout the house, very happy with the service provided by Install Pros.

Really quick to respond to initial…
Really quick to respond to initial enquiry and very supportive getting our initial install date sorted. Things didn’t quite go to plan on the day of our install which meant they had to reschedule. This was sorted and we only had to wait 48 hours.
Note. Install pros are not contractors. They simply arrange installation with 3rd party contractors and I’m not sure that is clear to everyone. Having said that, Our installer was brilliant and we were up and running in just a couple of hours.

I just had an incredibly helpful call with Pius, who spent two hours with me walking me through the steps of getting our Internet back up and running. The after-care support from Pius—and from Install Pros in general—has been fantastic. Well worth the investment.

I've had really bad Internet for years…
I've had really bad Internet for years but got install pro in today and its been brilliant, the guys knew exactly what they were doing and the team in hq were amazing. I am a senior person but none of them made me feel useless or old. There was no mess so I'm impressed all round. Thank you

Great service - happy to recommend
Very professional from first contact to installation. Almost instant reply to any contact and installation was on time and very tidily done. Had to get some tech support once installed - rapid response and problem solved.

Didn’t receive what we ordered - was asked to order myself and that I would be refunded. Install dates have been changed three times and then cancelled.

The repeated changes to your Starlink Installation were due to ongoing stock shortages and delivery times of up to eight weeks, and without the required equipment it simply wasn’t possible to proceed as planned. I also apologise for the inconvenience around being asked to order directly and the refund expectations not being met in a timely way. The team arrived spot on time at 9, discussed what was needed to achieve strong signal throughout the somewhat rambling house, and executed tidily and thoroughly.
