Everything about the order was wrong
Everything about the order was wrong. The logo was messed up on the canopy. The frame came in the wrong color. The table cloth had to be reordered because it was never produced, and it ended up being a different shade as the other items. I’m totally dissatisfied.

We just placed our second order with Instant Promotion because the first inflatable arch has been such a hit! We got a 25ft arch the first go around, and we just ordered a smaller 15ft arch for smaller events like senior night. They are great quality, both fabric and color!!

I didn't believe the reviews at first. No way everyone is this happy with their service, something must not be adding up.
And to my disbelief, nothing but top notch customer service and great response times. I'll be sure to order from Instant Promotion again once these branded director chairs run their course.
