Great service from Instant Promotion…
I worked with Bo at Instant Promotion to get a custom canopy tent purchased. Bo, being part of the customer service team, was great to work with. Due to the time of year I made the purchase, and high demand for the specific product I wanted, it was out of stock. He worked with me to find something that fit my needs. He was very responsive with emails (my choice of communication) as we came to a great product solution. Turnaround on production and delivery was sooner than expected. The quality of the final product is perfect and as expected.

Perfect products
I have been thoroughly impressed with Instant Promotions. Every order I've placed has been completely satisfying. I've ordered four custom canopies in different sizes, which all turned out great. I'm definitely sticking with them for all my event promotion items.

The quality of the fabric and the colors came out very well. I can tell the design and fabric will last a long time.
The customer service was great giving continuous updates. My design did not take very long to make and shipping was a breeze.
