Instant Promotion was very easy to work with. They helped me create a vector image to apply to the canopy wrap I ordered. It came in and I used it at an event last weekend. It looked great and I believe it helped to bring more attendees to my space! Thank you!

Communication was impeccable
Communication was impeccable, design and quality is amazing. The only slight hang up was the color of the tent did not match the preview. (They did have a warning colors may be off) but it appeared light yellow in the preview and came light grey. It’s still gorgeous and stops people walking by.

Great customer service, but need better packaging
While they provided great customer service, the item ordered was damaged with the initial shipment, then again on the second. They replaced the first one, but I just kept the second not having to time to wait for a replacement. They need to find a more secure way to ship their items.

We recently ordered two custom logoed…
We recently ordered two custom logoed canopy tents from Instant Promotions, and we could not be happier with the results! The entire process—from design to delivery—was smooth and efficient. The team was extremely responsive and made sure every detail of our logos and colors came out perfectly.
The tents themselves are very high quality—sturdy, easy to set up, and professional-looking. The printing is crisp and vibrant, and the branding really stands out. We’ve already received compliments at our events on how sharp and polished they look.
Overall, Instant Promotions exceeded our expectations with both their customer service and product quality. We will definitely be ordering from them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for custom-branded event materials.

Incorrect items shipped and then rectified.
This is not the first time the wrong items have been sent to me. I love the products from Instant Promotion, but shipping QC is lacking. I got the correct flag mounts, but 2 of 5 dust cover cases were not the size ordered. My 10x20 tents fit nicely in the bags sent for them and work exactly as planned and described. After our event ended and we were loading up, it was apparent that we received (3) 10x10 bags instead of (3) 10x15 as ordered. The packages were not labeled on any of the products and we had already sent away our pro carry bags so it was quite difficult to stuff the larger frames into the bags sent and we may have damaged them so I will be forced to pay for 3 additional bags for your mistake. We would not have even ordered these if the original design pro bags had held the tents properly without having to use zip ties to keep them from coming off of the tiny bases. At least the newer pro bags have addressed this with larger plates and an additional strap for securing the tents inside.
Great products in general with poor attention to fulfilling orders.
Follow up: As always, customer service is a high priority with this company and I am happy to report that I received replacement covers today, 9/7/25, for the ones that were incorrect without having to order them myself. Great job, Instant Promotion. Thank you for handling this proactively.
