AMAZING Experience!
The entire ordering process was AMAZING. Working with them was so easy and their responses to our custom order change were quick and then when we arrived the product we are blown away with the quality. The canopy and the design is great
The canopy and the design is great! Colors are vibrant. I just wish there were more instructions on how to set up the walls to the he canopy. It took some time and I figured it out. But was a little frustrated that there wasn't more instructions.

Great quality with good customer service
So far, so good. After talking with Bo Peele, I ordered a standard 10 x 10 white tent for art fairs. It arrived quickly. Everything I ordered is accounted for. (I haven't taken the sides out of the bags yet) The tent is very sturdy! Talking with Bo made me feel like the company will always offer good customer service!

Good product, nobody to ask questions of
The feather flag bases we bought were great and an amazing price. But i had questions (return policy since I was buying from another state) before I bought and couldn't reach anyone - not through chat or on the phone. So the only reason I bought was because of their good reviews. But if I had had a problem with my order then I don't know if there'd be anyone to talk to.

Awesome canopies, Terrible roller bags.
Awesome canopies (5 Stars). Roller bag, not so much (2 Stars). Both the 10x10 bag and the 10x20 bag are way too big. Do you have other bags that actually fit and are not so oversized? It looks like I am going to have to use several straps around the outside of the bag to keep it all snug. :(

Our bags are designed to store the frame with the canopy still attached—if the canopy is removed first, they may feel oversized. There are two straps to secure the frame in place inside the bag, and when tightened, they should help keep everything snug. If the fit still feels off after trying this, our Customer Service team would be happy to help explore a better solution. Thanks again for your order and your honest review!
