What a great company
What a great company! The ordering process was very easy, but the service was simply phenomenal! Once I submitted my order, I received my proof the very next day! Once I approved the proof, I had possession of my custom printed 12 x 12 canopy within a week!!! My rep Zach, kept me updated throughout the entire process. The canopy is of exceptional quality and will be of great asset to our organization for years to come! I am one VERY happy customer! Kudos to your entire Instant Promotion Team!!!!

Great Tent Valance!
We used Instant Promotion to create a branded tent valance sign for Texas Pecan Cakes, and the entire process was smooth and professional. The customer service team was responsive and helpful from start to finish. The final product looks fantastic — it really brings our event setup to life and gives our brand a polished, professional look. The quality of the materials exceeded expectations, and the turnaround time was solid. We’ll definitely use them again as we expand our booth setup. Highly recommend!

Excellent product!! Exactly what I wanted! To give some context, this is my second time ordering from them. They did such an amazing job the first time, when I opened a second company there was no question where I would go to get my promotional items for my business!! I am always complimented on how amazing my my promotional materials look. And if I need any in the future there is no question where I will go.

Non-Communicative and Terrible Customer Service
I paid over $10,000 in product to Instant Promotion for Tents, walls, Table covers and everything in between. We were undeniably clear about the date we needed our tent for an upcoming expo. We gave them over 4 weeks and they said it wouldn't be a problem at all to get them. They had tracking numbers that showed our order from their manufacturer stuck order for over 2 weeks Instant Promotion never did anything or even let us know that there was a problem. I called and spoke to James on the phone and was told by him that he would have his manager call me back. Never heard a word from them since. I've left voicemail after voicemail but they have chosen to ignore the situation. I will never do business with this company again, and urge anyone to go elsewhere.
