10x10 customized tent
Our office ordered a customized 10x10 popup tent. Zach patiently answered all of our questions and made all of the edits until we were happy with the final design. Printing and shipping was very fast and the quality of the tent/stand/storage bag met all of our expectations. We would definitely order from them again.

There are no shortage of companies you can use to design & print backdrops for you. I ran across this company in my internet searches and I am SO GLAD that I found them! The entire process from start to finish was easy, they answered all my questions, &the final product was great quality! The owners of my company were very happy & loved hearing knowing they own the backdrop, podium, and shipping case to use over and over again!

Great experience with Instant Promotion
We needed an Inflatable Arch in a hurry. Instant Promotions had it with all of the required specifications.
Called in with questions and Zach provided answers with a detailed estimate and proof. Once it was ordered and in production we receive a confirmation with an ETA. We appreciate the quick response and timely manner our order was executed in. Excellent job!

Customer Service
The customer service was very helpful with getting my order ready and my custom printing done. My order shipped and was received at the time they said it would be. I wish they had informed me of the carrying bag for the frame at the time I ordered. I am very pleased with the quality of there work and their professionalism.

Zach helped me with my order
Zach helped me with my order. He did a wonderful job. We received our canopy within 10 days and it’s everything I expected it would be, people walk up to our tailgate and say “wow I want one”.
I could not have done it without Zach’s help, I’m 63 Computer skills are a little limited. He was able to upload everything I needed to make my canopy, amazing!
