Currently returning a tent frame and it’s has been a really easy process. They answered the 800 number call and gave me an email with instructions for return . Just sent UPS and now waiting for a new light weight tent frame replacement.

My point of contact really took the time to explain to me the process, he even reached out to me on New Years to update me on progress. I needed a custom tent for my business and I had an excellent experience with Instant Promotion. They were very responsive, helpful with tweaking my design to how I wanted it and it was produced and shipped within the time they quoted. I was very pleased with how it turned out and have gotten many compliments on my new tent!

The customer services of James Shang was excellent
The communication from James Shang was excellent. He answered all of my questions and got my finish line arch into production very quickly. It arrived in plenty of time for my event, despite the fact that I ordered it a bit later than anticipated. All in all a great experience and a great product.
