My phone call was handled well - professional, friendly and informative service.
The policy is well-priced and has not escalated in price from last year.
Fortunately I’ve never had the need to claim against my policy so I can’t comment on how effective the insurance cover is in practice.

Flight refund for medical reason
Recently made an air ticket refund claim over phone. It was a pleasure to deal with a friendly person who guided me through the process and who was able to make a decision on the phone and authorise the claim.

Easy to use
Easy to use, took around 10 mins to sort, hassle free. Email came with in a matter of minutes, no phones call, no Junk just fill out and you have insurance

Landlords Insurance
I have used Insurance Choice for my Landlords Insurance for several years.
I find the service to be excellent, they answer the phone and respond to changes in the cover quickly.

Excellent service
Luckily I've never had to make a claim so I can not comment on that aspect, but in every other area they have always been very helpful and spot on. Been with them for many many years.
