insurd Avis 

Very poor experience. I needed to make a change to my Private Hire and Hackney Carriage insurance policy to only private hire and was expecting to pay the stated amendment fee in policy up to £50. Instead, I was charged £126.11. This feels excessive and unreasonable, especially when the insurer knows customers often have no option but to make necessary policy changes. The charges were not clearly explained over the phone, and I feel I was overcharged. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and fairness. I would advise potential customers to carefully check all amendment and administration charges before taking out a policy.

Very disappointing experience with INSURD

I paid a deposit of £270 for my insurance policy. After only two days, without even using my car, I received a phone call informing me that because of a CCJ on my record, my deposit would increase by £77 and my monthly payment would increase by £60.

I asked what would happen if I decided to cancel the policy. I was told that out of my £270 deposit, I would receive only around £70 back. This means they would keep approximately £200, even though I had not used the vehicle and the policy had effectively been cancelled after just one day.

I find these charges excessive and unfair. The lack of transparency regarding the costs and the amount retained after such a short period left me extremely dissatisfied. I would advise anyone considering this insurer to carefully review all terms and cancellation fees before purchasing a policy.

I would have gave 5 star but it took time to get my policy forms and I didn’t want to risk driving without them. But good on price

Ashley was patient, understandable and pleasant. I was contacted by two other insurance firms who left messages giving their details and phone numbers; all within a micro-second and completely impossible to de-cypher unless I played them back at least ten times. This may be a lesson to those who SPEAK to people and never WITH THEM. "If you wish to sell anything, never SPEAK to people".

I was dealt by a guy call elgan amazing person helped me alot with explaining about the policy procedure help me with the discount policy hasn't started yet but let see how they deal with it afterwards. But I do recommend guy call elgan very helpful thanks mate.

Avoid avoid.
Try to cancel insurrance after 45 days used,i paid 2 months instaltments from 11, by direct debit.
Cancelation fee on web site is 80 pounds...
I shuld get refund..instead they try to charge another 300 pounds, and refuse to cancel.
Avoid insurd.
