Paul at Insure24 was absolutely fantastic.

We needed to move several insurance policies over urgently after a frustrating experience with a major high street insurer!!!!. Getting through to someone who could actually help was a struggle, and we were left needing to arrange cover quickly for two properties.

It wasn’t a straightforward request either. There were some tricky criteria to work through, but Paul took ownership and went above and beyond to get everything sorted. He even kept an eye on things during the first couple of days of his annual leave to make sure it all went through for us.

When you’re used to anonymous call centres and a “computer says no” response, dealing with someone who listens, understands the urgency and follows things through makes a huge difference.

I can’t recommend Paul and Insure24 highly enough. Exceptional personal service, and I’ll be moving all our insurance policies over to them.

Had to find replacement business insurance in a rush - there was a bit of tooing and froing with the underwriters over details of the cover but we eventually got there. Communication was good throughout and the price was really competitive - have been more than happy with the service so far but obvs can't comment on making a claim side as haven't done that. 8)

Sal did an incredible job in helping us to find coverage for a very niche industry.
