I called last week Friday (4 days ago) to get a quote and was told I would get a call back. I waited a couple of hours and called back to chase the callback and I was told they would chase this for me and now 4 days have passed and that callback was never received. I am very disappointed and would not attempt to use this company again or recommend them to anyone else, as why should I beg for your business, it should be the other way round. I have raised a review yesterday and had a reply to say this is another company with a similar name and they asked me to delete the review, which I did. I have now gone onto their website and clicked the Trustpilot review option and I know I had not previously made an error and this is the correct company.

Can’t thank Anik and his team enough for saving our local Mosque £1000s. We didn’t realise how grossly we were overpaying and how poor our existing insurance cover was until Premier Insurance reviewed everything. Thank you again for your help.

Had really great service from Nifthy. As a waste business start-up trying to find insurance was doubly difficult - even had no luck going through insurance brokers. Either they can't find cover for waste collection, or if they could they couldn't find it for start-ups. Took Nifthy about a day and found me insurance I was happy with and at a really good price. Will come back to him each year.
