Easy to renew my existing insurance again,which I've had with this company for a number of years.
Not a bad price, but I was surprised to see how much Of the cost was admin.costs.
I Will more than likely try and get it cheaper next year with with less of an admin charge.

No-nonsense good-value insurance.
Very clear, good value public liability insurance that suited my needs as a function pianist for the last few years.
I have now stopped playing, and therefore didnt need to renew, but they were equally efficient in acknowledging cancellation, and wrapping everything up, which was also greatly appreciated.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re feeling this way and that you’ve had difficulty reaching us. I’ve reviewed our records and found a chat this morning with my colleague, Bailey. During that conversation, he was able to clarify that only one policy is in place. The payment for your previous policy failed, and we notified you of this, which caused the policy to become inactive. As a result, a second policy was created by yourself online.
I was hoping you might consider updating your review and rating now that we’ve clarified the situation and confirmed that there is only one account.

70% price increase for renewal
Everything is fine using this company untill its time to renew your policy. The set up and payment is really easy on line i have been a loyal customer for 2 years '
i have no problems with the service
i recently got a reminder about my renewel and the price has gone up over70% from last year. yet new customers can get 50% off making it the same as i paid last year?
no customer loyalty.
