We’re sorry to hear that you have not yet received your policy documents. As your policy was only taken out yesterday, we do advise allowing up to 24 hours for documents to come through. In the meantime, it may be worth checking your spam or junk folder in case the email has been filtered there.
I can see that your documents were issued and sent to the email address on file yesterday at around 12:30pm, shortly after the policy was purchased. It’s also possible that a small spelling error in the email address could prevent them from being received, so we would recommend getting in touch with us so we can double-check the email we have on record and resend the documents if needed.
We’d be happy to help get this sorted for you. I hope this makes sense, but if you have any further questions please do not hesitate getting back in touch.
