Due to challenging problems at the bottom of the chain they both went out of their way to expedite the process and kept us informed every step of the way.

They were knowledgeable and personable, whenever we needed information from them they were very prompt and professional. Doug is very personable and easy to deal with. Although we were not a direct client of his, as we were the buyers, he did treat us like one. We had a very lengthy house purchase, and during the 9 months I think I spoke more to Doug than my husband. He was very good at keeping us in the loop and providing regular updates.

We also really rate James, he is very down to earth and he offered us lots of good advice. If we were to sell in the future, I would want to use him. I think his career in real estate will go far and I can see him heading up a branch one day in the not so near future.
