I live in Tasmania, and so, when ordering prescription glasses, I conduct a very strict screening process. Believe me -when I tell you, that Internet Specs ticks all the boxes.
I have had several,helpful phone conversations with the optician,Mark Sceats.Most internet companies are not contactable by phone,which for the most part, is a deliberate strategy for when problems arise!
As distinct from other suppliers, when placing an order with Internet Specs, you will automatically receive "higher" index lenses - of very good quality!
Highly recommend this company, and I am very happy with my purchase!

I have used this company before and feel I can trust them.
This time I sent in my favourite sunglasses to have new prescription lenses put in.
I stupidly chose the wrong color lenses so when I opened them they were clear not brown.
I spoke to the company and they were extremely helpful and asked me to send them back and I would just pay the extra cost of the brown lenses and no extra for the labour.
Will be using them again because of the customer service!

Great communication and fast delivery

Really easy to order and I had a lovely phone call from them to update me on my order timescale. Glasses came very well packaged with relevant cases. I had a great experience and will use the next time I need new glasses.

I received my glasses and detected a mark in the centre of the lenses, I phoned the number provided at 8.30 with no reply, within a few minutes i was contacted by the company and was told what it maybe and what to try, I carried out the instruction, but it did not work , in the event it did not work ,I was asked to send them back, I have not sent them back as I was desperately in need of them, regardless of the marks.

Extremely helpful, with a difficult prescription, which other online opticians couldn't help with. Mark, their optician took the trouble to ring me to explain the nest solution and even remembered me two months later when I came back to buy my glasses. Outstanding service and a lovely man.

Yet again the service provided has been excellent. Once I placed my order I received a call from Mark to confirm a few points and a week later my glasses arrived. It’s the third time I have used them and I’m sure it will not be the last.

Great service & quick delivery thank you. After being on holiday I now wish I'd got prescription lenses in these sunglasses but that was my choice & no reflection on the service I received. I would definitely order from Internetspecs again!
