Easy to use and product came out great. Bought two CDs from them

We've ordered 20+ vinyl records from intheclouds! They are fairly priced and ship in way less time compared to other companies we've worked with in the past. The customer support team replies fast too! So appreciate intheclouds and will continue to recommend them for anyone who needs custom vinyl.

Not satisfied at all the vinyl sounds terrible the song were all messed up I spent 3 days doing my vinyl’s and adding the songs very carefully not to repite them, looks like they did it in a rush because I was emailing them very often. Needs to improve don’t lie about tracking numbers item shipped when it is not true ,my impression is that probably they hired teenagers to do a cheap job.

idk if it’s my record player or the quality of the record, but i’ve heard clearer songs come out of my record player than this

Some much noise on the vinyl even though I bought the mastering, uploaded and labeled as directed and they still put my songs out of order —worst financial decision I’ve made in a long time.

Quality is not acceptable. Service and response are below standard. Album cover was pixilated low resolution image, very pliable weak board material, does not stand up straight, not true black and white and has a reddish tone! emailed several times with no solution. Customer service kept saying:
"We apologize for the delay in getting an update. I have not received an update as yet, but I made another follow-up with our support team. Rest assured that I will keep you posted." Order was placed in June delivered in July and now we are still dealing with it to find a solution???

Ordered a record sleeve and the print quality was absolutely awful and full of artifacts despite me providing extremely high resolution artwork. The material feels like a wet paper bag and smells rancid to boot. Total waste of money.

I needed a prop album jacket for my YouTube series. The cost through In The Clouds was reasonable and I'm thrilled with the end result!

I always love shopping at intheclouds to get some merch from The Gay Blades, but I also love to get unique custom vinyl for my bandmates at a great price. Most recently I got a 7” picture vinyl that featured the artwork from our singles on each side, and a custom sleeve with the album art. It looks beautiful and sounds great! Happy Birthday, Kyle!

Fairly pricy shipping, resolution was okay, and I wasn't quite expecting the material to be what it is. But I did get my need met, so I'm happy about that.

Great price, easy to set up the order, and shipped in a timely manner! The CDs worked great. My only complaint is that my CD art was a slightly different color than the front and back cover.

Site was easy to navigate, and custom ordering process was clear and user-friendly. Turnaround time was weeks faster than expected, and final product in hand was exactly as it was mocked up. 10/10 would recommend.

for the price & quality of the items, and the cost of shipping, waiting 2 weeks whiley order sits in NJ purgatory is not good value. i cannot in good conscience reccomend intheclouds to anyone that values their own time or money.
