I ordered on August 30.
The only information I had from that time was the order was unfulfilled.
I got an email on October 8th, saying that the cd shipped and their site now said fulfilled.
I was given a tracking number which was not very helpful at all. It said the order was sent on October 8th, and arrived at a facility or out in transit on October 9th.
Now if I check the tracking number, I get a "cannot be found" page.
It's November 10th now and still nothing has arrived.
20 more days and it will have been 3 months since ordering.

Been about a month since I placed my order. Usps has been awaiting my item for 2 weeks and haven’t heard anything from it since.

Phenomenal!

I loved the craftsmanship that was put into them! I've gotten 11 CDs, 5 12" vinyl records, and 2 7" vinyl records! It's safe to say I will be using you guys lots!!

There seems to be a few Dips in the quality of the sound. A few puff sounds etc…

Received the wrong order and immediately notified the customer support email. Spent the next 8 weeks getting the run around about needing to "check with the production team." It was a simple fix... ship me my order or refund my money, neither of which they would do. I had my bank do a chargeback and will not be ordering from them again.

My kid loves his record! It’s a lathe cut so it will never meet audiophile standards, but it’s incredibly cool and makes for a unique and meaningful gift. It also arrived early which was a nice surprise. I highly recommend!

Sound is not mastering for vinyl

The record sounds great and looks great. I just wish the sleeve was stiffer, I had to add cards tick so hold it up

The second song on side A had a glitch…
The second song on side A had a glitch where 1 second of the song is repeated...a defect that isn't on the WAV file. We checked and it is not a skip or physical defect in the vinyl - it was in whatever transfer of the digital file to the cut into the vinyl. The record cover was flimsy with no spine, I thought it would be cardboard - I must've not read the description very well. Otherwise not bad though for a quick $90 experiment/test to see how the files we have sound of vinyl. I'm getting them remastered for vinyl before trying again

Pressed a record of a small town band from the 90s that is priceless to me. I take really bad care of CDs, but great care of vinyl. The Record is super legit and turned out great, a couple pops here and there, but nothing to complain horribly about. I’ll definitely be sending more in here and there when I can. I’m stoked.

Great communication, fast service and the records look beautiful. From a 30 year old practice tape, they sound amazing. Thanks for letting us honor our bandmates that are gone.

My order was wrong. Instead of black image it printed in gray color.

This was a disappointing experience all around. I made sure to label the track files and uploaded them, and ordered them, so they were correct and the records came in the incorrect order completely. I also spent a lot of time creating high res album art and was disappointed by the quality and materials of the sleeve. The sound is also very quiet.

I could have lived with the quiet and the quality of the sleeve if the tracks were in order, but that was just wrong.

I wrote to support and received and nice response that they would review and work to fix the issue. Instead that was the last I heard for 8 months. So now they get my bad review.

The final product turned out great and the international shipping was very fast!

The cds and cassette work great I’m a rap artist and I’m gonna be making my merch here for now on
