The sleeves I ordered from them look great! However they are a bit stinky and not as sturdy as normal vinyl sleeves you usually get. Also it took a very long time (like 2 months) to arrive even though they had told me I would receive my sleeves two to three weeks after ordering

Quality is good for a lathe cut, but it smells terrible. the smell is so bad I cant even conceal it with a sleeve or anything. Quality is pretty hit or miss. I ordered two, and the first one was not very good the second was great, i guess it depends whether they make ur record right after they clean the machine or last which determines how good the quality is. I will order again because I like the idea of ordering custom records, but for price and quality, there are probably better options

Got a custom cd sounds great very happy with sound and artwork was nice.

The sound quality was terrible. Where are the needles starts on? The record is not proper at all. I’ve complained and never received no feedback from the company at all. This is my fifth order and I keep trying to give the company the benefit of the doubt and I’m still getting terrible results. No one from the company has contacted me to talk to me about this or to rectify my orders.

Pros: easy creation process, great options, fair price.

Cons: the album jacket feels like plastic/vinyl, and lacks the integrity of paper stock or cardboard.

I ordered a custom CD and it was great! The quality of the design both on the jacket cover and the actual CD was very high. It also got to me much quicker than expected! I would recommend, the process was super easy and fun :)

Did take a little bit time but the sound quality and production quality was phenomenal! I listen to it all the time!

While the quality of the print is absolutely fantastic, the image on the rear of the cover I ordered was zoomed in and letters are cut off so that it cannot be read.
The paper used for the jacket is pretty flimsy and does not work well for albums.
The top seam on the jacket was missing some glue/adhesive. It was well glued about 80% of the way but there was a hole on the top.
Lastly, the jacket wreaks of toxic ink or something like that. I have been airing it out in the sun for days but the smell has not gone away.

Order was delayed substantially. Print quality was very disappointing.

I would give it 4 stars because of the price, but then again I dont know the whole process that goes into the making of these vinyls. But anytime I've purchased a vinyl from this site, it's been great quality and gotten here really fast. I would encourage anyone wanting to make their own custom vinyl to use this website!
