took a little while to ship, but the quality came out decent enough. it is slightly flimsy, but not enough to be worried or upset. it does have a bit of a strong smell like people have said but you can only smell it if you get really close to it with your nose

The print and stock quality was excellent! Quick turnaround. Very pleased

the record is as expected. i bought a custom 2lp colored record, and i had only a few issues.
first, nothing was communicated. i received emails saying it was shipped and delivered when it was delivered. so i was kinda in the dark, but it showed up when expected.
secondly, the record is a little messy looking; the edges are rough, and smelled a bit weird. the jacket was very slippery and smelt worse, and was flimsy. i did put some cardboard in it for stability, but was still kinda eh.
lastly, the record itself self had a few issues. it played slightly fast, and the second track on side a was cut short after 30 ish seconds.

other than that, it is playable, sounds pretty okay, and the discs themselves are definitely a good addition to the collection.

the only thing that might effect my want to buy from them again is the longevity of the records which is tbd.

I tried ordering a vinyl from them twice, once in 2023 and again this year (nowhere else sells this record) and both times have been a sketchy waste of time. They will feed you copy and paste responses for months and ultimately be forced to refund it MONTHS later.

I’ve made an order weeks ago and it was estimated to be delivered by 4 weeks. The status says it hasn’t even been processed and it was a $160 AUD order. They do not reply to their emails and only have an automated system that says there are delays. I have no updates or details on my order and no way of getting in contact.

Stay Away from Intheclouds

I placed an order with Intheclouds in mid-May, and everything seemed great at first. I created custom audio tracks, edited the mix myself so it would sound perfect, and even designed the album art to fit the jacket. I was so excited—it was meant to be a very special birthday gift for my girlfriend.

After waiting two full months, it finally arrived just in time. I had used clips of us laughing together and added a custom message at the end of the vinyl. It was personal, heartfelt, and meant everything to me.

But when we played it… it was a disaster. The bass was so blown out it drowned everything else, the highs were completely lost, and the mids were peaking so badly it was unlistenable. I spent $200 CAD—my entire birthday gift budget—and my girlfriend ended up with nothing on her birthday.

To make matters worse, trying to get support has been a nightmare. Their AI-driven email response system is confusing and impersonal, and after three weeks, I still haven’t received a proper reply or resolution.

I’ve now lost $200 and all I have to show for it is a ruined gift and total radio silence.

Avoid this company at all costs. They ruined a very important moment, and clearly don’t stand behind their product.

Had some concerns with my order and wrote several emails to customer service and have been put on the back burner and forgotten about. I have reached out again in hopes that they’ll continue communication with my concerns of the quality of my order.

This is my third project with. in the Clouds and all have been great. Colors are true to photos and packaging is well done. The website is easy to navigate as well.

Still Waiting for my order, l paid £140 on 2nd June

This so-called company is a huge scam. I placed my order over two months ago. At checkout, it told me to expect my CDs within two weeks. Two weeks passed — no CDs. So I contacted them, and they told me that due to a high volume of orders, it would now take 4–6 weeks.

I waited, but — you guessed it — still nothing. I reached out to their support email again, only to get either automated responses or a very unhelpful agent who claimed he couldn’t get in contact with the people making my product. It’s now been two more weeks since then, and still no answer.

To clarify: 8 weeks, no product, no clear response, and it’s obvious they have no idea what’s going on with my order. Their customer support is extremely difficult to reach, and overall this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise you not to buy from this disgrace of a business.

Everything came out as I expected it. I was worried because, the upload instructions being some what unclear, I didn't know if the track list would be listed on the disc itself or on the back cover, and was afraid it might clash with the track list I included in the back cover image. But it turned out great and the sound quality is fine.

2 months passed and they still havent started my order. I understand vinyl pressing can take a while but my order was for a vinyl jacket/sleeve. When i reached out to customer service i was answered by AI but i was able to get a refund. Youre better off ordering from Vinyl Art Co you have the same options but they actually operate like a business and not some guy in his apartment side hustle

Was way too expensive for the quality i received. Took forever to ship and for the package to be updated. Did not receive good communication for order

I ordered a cd and it did take some time to get here but it was amazing and the sound quality sounds good, I would definitely buy again

The quality is great for both the cover and the record itself, I will be buying from this company again :)

I ordered 2 of the "recards" in late April 2025, and only received one, even though the enclosed invoice showed that they charged me for 2. Despite repeated emails to them, I've never heard back from the company, other than an initial "we're looking into it" email.
This issue is unresolved, and I am very unhappy with this company.

LOVED THEM the CD is so clear and it was great to see my own art on it. PLUS they wrote a handwritten letter which is so dope.
