Invamed Avis 350

After choosing and paying I was contacted and reassured payment had been received and delivery was confirmed with the instructions I had given. All went smoothly

We ordered 2 Roma Denver scooters from Invamed. They are now due to be delivered today after a mix up with the delivery yesterday. I rang the lady at Invamed customer service called Vanessa for help and she has been so kind and helpful and has gone totally out of her way to ensure that the problem with the delivery is sorted out. She even rang me several times to ensure that I was ok and if i knew where she lived i would send her some flowers as this lady deserves them. Just to add that my husband has now put one of the scooters together. They are as strong as tank's and much bigger than I had first envisaged. If the other one goes together the same as the first then we would say that they are difficult to put together at first, mainly because the chassis is in one piece for transit reasons, and the tiller is quite hard to screw in, but once done it won't need to be done again as it then folds down. To be fair my husband is 69 and disabled with arthritis as am i. I would therefore recommend that if you too are getting on and disabled maybe it might be worth paying that bit extra for help to put It together in the first instance. Saying that, it is an amazing bit of kit and once we get over these hurdles it will be so good to get out and about and regain some fun in our lives. Despite these little hiccups, I still say these are a cracking buy and also want to reiterate how helpful and kind VANESSA has been.

I placed my order for my ROMA Denver Plus S135 mobility scooter, on line, late on a Sunday evening and it arrived about 11.00am the following Tuesday morning, ie the next working day!
Staff at INVAMED were most helpful, both before and after I made made my purchase.
My scooter is robust, well made and easy to use. It breaks down easily for transportation although the parts are quite heavy - take note of the published info!
I am very pleased with my mobility scooter and use it daily. Thankyou INVAMED.

Very easy and fast delivery

I ordered the scooter Wednesday afternoon it arrived Friday morning a very fast delivery. Very impressed with company.

FedEx didn't give me notice for delivery, so I was out and couldn't contact them to rearrange.

5 of the 8 of my parcel where broken plus the box was broken

Fast processing and shipping times. Ordered on a Friday evening and received the item on Tuesday.
Great little scooter, exactly as described, and a lot cheaper direct from here rather than other suppliers selling the exact same one.

I had difficulty buying my scooter online, to assist an Adviser Tom Morgan I think helped me to complete the sale. What a star 🌟.

We are currently charging up our Roma Denver purchase so not sure of the performance of the mobility scooter yet.
We rang Invamed prior to the purchase to ask about the particular model but we were directed to make the purchase online and that it would be with us “over the weekend”.
It wasn’t, on the contrary it arrived early which is usually good however it meant I was visiting my husband in hospital (the scooters for him) and my elderly mother had to take delivery. The contraption used to wheel the box along the path broke a wooden support of the porch (I’m contacting them separately about this). 1 man was assigned to get it to the front door. The box was huge and very heavy - at no point during the conversation was I told the base would come pre-assembled making it nigh on impossible to get out of the box to get ready for my husbands discharge home. If the company had offered a 2 man delivery and assembly service, at a cost, I would have jumped at the chance given the struggle I had.
So a mixed review really I guess really down to the quality (or not) of the initial telephone contact.

As described delivery quick better than excepted.one little panel had a small scratch phoned them and sent new one next day rides great and comfortable would recommend to you all

We are very pleased with the Dallas S120. It looked good in the catalogue and the price was right.
There was a misunderstanding of our part regarding delivery time. Living on an island comes with it's own issues! The lady we spoke to was very patient and understanding.
The company, Invamed went out of their way to get the Dallas S120 to us within a couple of days.
It was well packaged and undamaged.
Happy to recommend both company and item.
Will use Invamed again if needed. xxx
