Invictus Energy Group Avis 

Would not recommend, my 71 year old nan has recently had a new boiler fitted by this company. Within less than a day of installation boiler wouldn't work and had leaked through into her kitchen causing water damage to ceiling and walls. Then within a week there was a gas leak coming from the boiler as a bolt had snapped. Both incidences occurred on a weekend when offices where shut so was extremely hard to try and get it in touch with them but we did eventually manage to.

Since then a someone from the company has been out to inspect the damages and they also found another fault! The outside pipe was not sealed properly and was also leaking water. This has been resolved however my nan has rang several times since to complain and has gotten no where trying to sort the damages to her kitchen ceiling and walls. One of the employees even had to cheek to say on the phone “well you got it for nothing”.

My poor nan has been up a ladder herself 71 YEARS OF AGE trying to paint over the water damage as she feels the company has neglected the situation. During the time trying to paint she has actually fell off the ladder and hurt her ankle. She has only recently had the kitchen decorated before the installation of the boiler as well.

I think this company should be ashamed of themselves and need to address customer concerns much better. At least have the decency to sort this problem out properly for my nan!!!!

I am totally happy with the service I have recieved.
The staff in the office knowledgeable the surveyor professional and the fitters clean tidy and done and dusted within 3 hours . And they had to work round a daft dog and a toddler. I am already noticing a huge difference and the boiker only went in yesterday.
From the 1st enquiry to job completed was 3 weeks .
Highly recommended.

Well what can I say, from start to finish very happy.
Survey was booked in 3 weeks ago I now have my Worcester Bosch combination boiler fitted.
Luke the surveyor. What can I say other than what a diligent enthusiastic passionate and highly knowledgeable Gas surveyor the advise, knowledge he supplied was next to non and may I add for that reason alone I chose invictus over the other 2 company's.
The 2 gas fitters that installed the boiler were fast efficient and curtious very clean and tidy dust sheets etc thankyou.
And cant forget the lad in office think it was Mike great guy big big thankyou! Recommended to family and friends.....

I am happy to write a review for my recent new boiler installation. From start to finish, the process was fast, efficient and professional. I was kept updated and asked my preferences throughout. The work involved extra pipework which was explained beforehand, so no unexpected added costs. All the staff involved have been professional, courteous and tidy. All waste was taken away and I am left with a lovely new, more efficient boiler. Thank you

Invictus have just completed a new boiler installation and I cannot praise them highly enough from Luke visiting to check what work needed to be done to Fran the gas engineer then Adam to connect the electrics and smart thermostat all very polite and did an excellent job.
I would recommend Invictus Energy to anyone who is considering making their home more energy efficient.

Received a knock on the door from these guys saying they could replace our boiler for free and they got the same answer as I gave everyone else, we work, guy was not pushy and explained the ruling had changed and if he could have a couple of minutes to go through some question he could let us know, ye right, here we go, using my time again , against my better judgment and being sceptical I gave our details and low and behold he said we qualify. He said will go back to office and submit for, a sarcastic yes OK from me and off he went. Within 24 hours I received a call to book an engineer to take a look at current boiler to see what was needed and withing 5 days boiler was fitted, 5 year warranty and best of all it was FREE, yes FREE not one penny. Guy who done installation was very clean and tidy, removed old boiler all rubbish removed and cleaned counter.

Very poor service. Didn’t turn up at the time promised and no call to explain why. Given an absolute load of lies as to why they were late and then promised a time they would arrive and still no show. Incompetent company with complete liars working there . I would not let them
Install a light bulb never mind a boiler! AVOID

My Boiler fitted was very pleasant and hard working. He left me the boiler package that I agreed to get rid of but there were other materials such as filler and pipes etc in it.
The Insulation fitters were quick and efficient but they didn’t wear masks all the time which caused me some alarm. One walked back in long after they had finished to use the toilet without my permission and not wearing a mask. I found this disrespectful and typical of some Trades peoples arrogance.

I got a boiler supplied and installed, I had to contribute to the cost as I couldn't have the under floor insulation due to there not being enough space under my floorboards therefore I couldn't have the full grant. I decided to opt for the boiler anyway at a very reduced cost and I have to say the service I received was fabulous. From the start everything was explained to me by a man called Mike and he was very helpful taking me through all the different types of boilers and so on and then Danny who came to install it was so professional, tidy and very quick. He explained how everything worked at the end, he's an absolute credit to his company. The whole process from start to finish took just over a week and I can't thank Invictus enough for their professionalism and speed of service. I'll have no worries about them coming back each year to service it for me.

Efficient service. New boiler installed very quickly. Eligibility for free boiler relied on being eligible for under floor insulation. Ensure this is done first because if you’re not eligible for under floor insulation and you get boiler done first you may be charged for your “free” boiler. Invictus handled our situation effectively and efficiently.

Helpful, fast, and any extras we requested to pay for at the same time were all dealt with professionally. Would recommend.
