I brought invisanips in the past and they are honestly great however, I placed an order mid June, received an automatic response to say that they had received my order, however it was not dispatched. I have sent two emails to their customer services team, and have had no response. Does anyone know if they have gone out of business?
I’ve tried pasties from absolutely everywhere, there are the ONLY ones which actually deliver. Don’t show through clothes, no shiny finish, reach body temp so you can’t even feel that they’re there. I was worried they were going to be too big but actually really well sized.
Haven’t tried the product yet but the service was none existent. Couldn’t change the colour to the one I wanted. Emailed customer services straight away after ordering and that was probably 10days ago if not a couple of weeks and still no response.
I won’t be buying again.

I ordered a pair of nipple covers over a month ago and it didn't arrive yet. They were shipped quickly from the company, but seems to have gotten stuck with the courier - which is of course not Invisanips fault. It was difficult to get in contact with the company, but when I finally did, they were really nice and made it right by sending a new pair with a different courier - and still they are refunding me the money. That is good customer service in the end. I'm waiting for both to arrive, but I am hopeful.

I'm really sorry to hear about the trouble you had with us. We always aim to make our customers happy, so I totally get where you're coming from, and I agree, this isn't acceptable. We shipped out your order super fast, within 24 hours, and we trusted our courier to make sure your order got to you in great shape.
I noticed you sent us an email just a couple of hours ago, and I'm sorry if it seemed like we didn't get back to you quick enough. To make things right, we're going to give you a full refund back to the same account you used to buy those nipple covers. You should have already received an email saying the refund is on its way, and you can expect it in about 5-7 working days.
We really appreciate you choosing us over our competition, and we still want you to have a good experience. So, I'm personally making sure another set of nipple covers is sent your way tomorrow, using a different courier this time. I'll send the tracking info to the email you used for your first order.

As a DD+ girl I’m used to always having to wear a bra and these have been life changing. I can wear a body suit on its own, with no straps and no messy glue at the end of the night. You can’t see them at all and fit so perfectly. Honestly game changing I love them!

I've tried so many other brands of nipple flowers/ covers but haven't come across one that's self-adhesive. I was a little apprehensive at first because I didn't understand how the heck it stuck to your nipples without any glue!! These are an absolute GAME CHANGER!!!!! During summer, I've had soo many events to go to where I've managed to get away with wearing silky dresses with no bra because these have stuck to me perfect for hours on end. I also use them in the gym under my sports bras when it's cold because I hate the padding most bras come with. You can't see the ring of the nipple cover either which is a massive bonus. LOVE that they are washable too, saves money on buying a new pair every night out now.
