Certificate of Authentication
Ordered off Amazon, Italian Gold Horn with 22 inch necklace, it is ok, pretty cheap looking to be honest and I did not receive a "certificate of authentication" which should come with anything claiming to be 14K solid gold, question to the company is your product gold plated or truly solid gold, in what country is the gold from? I will be taking it to a jewelry store to verify :)

My husband loves his birthday present
I ordered a scorpion charm and chain for my husband's birthday. I saw the charm on another website, but the chain was separate. It was difficult trying to match up a chain and charm because even though they both were gold, they looked to be two different colors. When I stumbled upon IOKA, I saw that they sold the same charm with a choice of several different styles of chain as a set.
It looks even better in person and my husband loves it. It was shipped quickly and it arrived I'm a timely manner.

Beautiful ring,received it exactly on the date giving to me. Came in a nice ring box. Most importantly it fits my daughter finger perfectly. She has really small hands. Thank you she loved it for her 15th birthday thank you so much.

Not very honest seller
I bought a necklace from Ioka Jewelry (or Jewelry by Ioka as they are called on Itsy and other online selling platforms). When I used it, I discovered that the links have edges and those edges hurt my skin whenever my neck moves, which indicates a flaw in the design of the necklace.
I contacted the seller (Ioka Jewelry or Jewelry by Ioka) and I discovered that, to accept my return, they will not refund the $55 that they charged for shipping and I have to spend another $55 to ship the item back. Which means I will loose around $100 to return a $256 item.
Obviously, this is a textbook case of defrauding the clients by selling them faulty items then make it impossible for them to return it.
I am writing this revue so nobody else gets burned by Ioka as it happened to me.
After reading Ioka response (below) it shows that they cannot adress the details of my post. Which proves that I am right: they put the return options on Amazon, so I am still loosing $100 to return $256 item. The plot is to make the return impossible and the client stuck with faulty product. Beware.

Disappointed
Well I got my order late, got the wrong one send out to me when I finally got something. Working on getting this resolved but not again will I buy. That 2day shipping. LIES!
Also, the pictures show a little bit more to the rings, they are pretty thin.
