Notified in advance when Ben was coming good expiation of what to expect /results. He Also explained the time scales and if there was further activity within seven days to contact Evie to arrange a further visit if required.

Ben was friendly and professional
Ben was friendly and professional. He carefully located the entry/exit of the wasp nest at ground level in the hedgerow and injected the treatment dust which should neutralize the wasp population. He reminded me that I could contact the office for a follow-up just in rare event that the treatment is insufficient.

The company representative, Ben, was very helpful, pleasant, and polite. His approach seemed thorough and everything was clearly explained. This was his first visit - we shall have to wait to see if the mice stop visiting!

Wasp nest
Spotted lot of wasp wasp activity in garden Saturday morning, called and got appointment for Monday morning. JP texted early Monday morning with arrival time, came and explained what was going to happen and left with job done and a promise to return if any signs of wasp activity return in next few days. Very professional and efficient service with friendly outlook from JP

Highly recommended.
I called to book someone to treat a wasp nest. The appointment was easy to make and the customer service was great. I was given next day appointment and the work was completed by Ben. He did a risk assessment and explained what he was going to do and carried out the treatment. No sign of wasps after 24 hours.
