Shortly after phoning JG pest control we were advised someone would be out today. Within an hour or two Ben texted to say he would be with us in 22 mins. He surveyed our property, he was very pleasant and helpful and explained our problem thoroughly. Very impressed.

Ben came out today to deal with a wasps nest in our garage. He was very informative about their habitats and the nature of wasps. Very interesting chap and very professional.

We discovered a wasp nest at 6pm on Sunday evening. We were able to call straight away and a visit was arranged for the next day. Our problem was sorted by 9am the next morning!

Ben was a true professional and a gentleman. He took the time to clearly explain the situation with the wasps and how they had chosen to nest in a pot at the front of our house. He handled the issue promptly and efficiently, and the nest has now been completely removed. We’re very relieved and can finally relax. Highly recommended!
