I've been using the iqoro since early…
I've been using the iqoro since early January. I starting working nightshift
october and my symptoms were much worse than previous (around 7 years ) for a few months. The Iqoro has helped immensely and I'm terrible for remembering to use at the reccommed rates. I no longer take meds or gaviscon. I would recommend 100% . I couldn't do without it now.

Made my symptoms 100% worse. It might offer some help to some people but their success stories often include lots of other things that could be helping more than sucking a lump of plastic. Very clever marketing and lots of social proof on Facebook but it’s a gimmick in my honest opinion.

LIFE CHANGING DEVICE!!
I've used the IQoro for 3 years now to treat reflux caused by a hiatus hernia, previously I was on Omeprazole, but it wasn't controlling the reflux. If you follow the instructions and use it 3 times a day for 30 seconds a time, it keeps the reflux away brilliantly. I have not had to have any acid tablets of any description since!! Each one lasts a year to 18 months, so great value for money! Highly recommended!

komplett verändertes Lebensgefühl
Schon nach drei wochen konnte ich meine gesundheitsschädigenden Medikamente zum Unterbinden von Magensäurebildung auf alle zwei Tage reduzieren. Seit einem Monat nehme ich nur noch gelegentliche eine neutralisierende ( also deutlich harmlosere) Tablette bei Bedarf ein, welches nur bei besonders säureproduzierenden Lebensmitteln notwendig wird. Using IQORO certainly changed my life…
Using IQORO certainly changed my life over a few short months : using it 3 times a day it tightened up all my throat muscles, hence I lost excess fat around my neck and throat, which reduced enormously my snoring and occasional sleep apnea. After I started with it a year ago, I continue using it once a day - can’t remember the last time I had any reflux problems either! Brilliant piece of kit for general well being !! Thank you.

Positive Experience
I was apprehensive to purchase an Iqoro device at first simply because of the price. I had read lots of reviews before finally buying one and it is the exact reason I’m writing one, I hope it helps someone suffering from spit up reflux like I was!
Due to a busy schedule I began training with it only every few days but after doing this for 2-3 weeks I did see a significant improvement, to the point where my first thought when I got home was, I need to train with the device. Since then I have had slight acid reflux episodes (not anywhere near like before) I would say but when it does come up I use the device and it tends to go away again.
I highly recommend this device, no regrets with buying one 2 months down line!

Nach 9 monatigem Training 3 mal täglich hat sich keines meiner Symptome verbessert. Die Geld-zurück-Garantie,minus 30€ Versand-und Rücksendekosten, hat letztendlich gut funktioniert.
Trotzdem leider 9 Monate mit einem nutzlosen Stück Plastik verschwendet.

Nope. One year later. Made my hiatal hernia (HH) and acid reflux worse. I talked to three doctors: one was positive about it and told me to try it, but the other two explained that if it actually worked, they would have read, heard, or seen it after 30 years as gastroenterologists.
Superb marketing, maybe even a genuinely good initial intention, and perhaps even a lifesaver for SOME people and certain conditions—but for me, and based on 30% of the reviews here, it has either had no effect or even worsened symptoms.
They have a fantastic marketing team and a customer service team who are quick to respond and will even call you if you leave a bad review (if you’re in Sweden). Honestly, it feels a bit invasive. These people might be well-meaning, but their complete disregard for negative reviews and reported problems, combined with the lack of more OBJECTIVE and publicly available tests, unfortunately, leads me to this conclusion: it’s now become a gimmick.
I don’t feel comfortable calling it a scam because I honestly don’t believe it is. The company is public, their financials are in order, they don’t have many reports with Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden (ARN), and they are accessible and contactable via email and phone. So no, it’s not a scam—it’s just a very well-marketed product that may help some (perhaps even through placebo), but I believe the majority are NOT helped. On top of that, the medical community has barely heard of it.

I'm sorry that you haven't experienced any improvement in your symptoms despite diligently using IQoro.
The reason why not all doctors know about IQoro is probably mainly that they themselves have not taken part in the research that forms the basis for IQoro.
At present, IQoro is available on prescription in the UK (since 1 May 2022), but in Sweden only a few regions buy IQoro, which may explain why not all healthcare providers know more about IQoro.
We are sorry that you feel negatively that our customer support contacted you, our purpose was only to try to help you so that you could see the benefits of treating the root cause of your symptoms by exercising with IQoro.
Apart from us trying to contact you, you have not been in touch with us, which you may have a specific reason for.
But is there any particular reason why you have not wanted to make use of our results guarantee. Improvement in your symptoms or your money back?
We can guarantee that IQoro is not a scam, several published studies are the basis for the evidence regarding IQoro and right now another study is underway at Umeå University.

kostnaden framkommer inte i annonseringen såvitt jag kan se... plastdetaljen som i sig är en väsentlig del av produkten om än billig i tillverkning går sönder efter en tids användning...sprickbildningen tidigt och sedan brister plasten...kan ske inom garantitiden eller efter och så får man snällt köpa ny produkt där plasten ingår såklart...

Vi beklagar om det för dig inte framgått tillräckligt tydligt hur lång den beräknade livslängden för en IQoro är. IQoro är en hygienisk produkt som är CE märkt för att ha en livslängd på ett år, därför är rekommendationen från oss att man årligen ersätter sin IQoro med en ny. Denna information står med i manualen och även i köpvillkoren som man godkänner i samband med sitt köp.
Om ingen förslitning uppkommit i IQoro efter ett års användning är det givetvis upp till användaren eller ej att avgöra om man vill ersätta med en ny direkt eller fortsätta använda produkten tills den nått sin maximala hållbarhet och sprickbildningar bildats. I ditt fall använde du din IQoro i 28 månader, mer än dubbelt så länge som IQoro är beräknad att hålla.
För att träning med IQoro ska ge den effekt som även du bevittnat (noterar att du berättat i samband med kontakt med support att du blivit hjälpt och även rekommenderat till många andra att börja träna, väldigt roligt och grattis!) är det en rad parametrar som måste uppfyllas. Bland annat kravbilden på val av material för medicinteknisk produkt och att materialet är hårt men samtidigt något flexibelt. Vägen mot ett smärtfritt liv
Jag köpte min IQoro 2018 efter att haft problem med bröstbränna flera år, och knaprar Omaprazol för att hålla smärtan under kontroll. Har gjort gastroskopi med konstaterat magmunsbråck.
Jag började se förbättring efter några månader, och blev betydligt bättre efter 6-12 månaders användning. I början gjorde jag 3-5 träningspass om dagen, men senare när det började bli bättre 2-3 gånger per dag.
Efter ca 2-3 år så var jag symptomfri och kunde sluta använda IQoro. Smärtan har kommit tillbaka någon enstaka period, och då har jag upptagit träningen igen, vilket gjort att problemen försvunnit igen.
Nu har jag ej behövt använda den på ca 2 år.
För mig personligen är det bland de bästa köpen jag gjort i mitt liv.
Försökt påtala det för vårdpersonal med så att de kan sprida informationen, men de verkar helt ointresserade & okunniga.
Ge IQoro ett försök om du har problem med bröst bränna. Öva på att få till rätt teknik, och ge det tillräckligt med tid. Har du lika ”tur” som jag kan du i framtiden bli symptomfri och klara dig utan både mediciner och ”munhantel”

Skönt att bli fri dina besvär också, det måste kännas bra att slippa äta Omeprazol.
Vi vill dock rekommendera att man tränar 3 gånger per dag (inte fler) tills man som du blivit symtomfri, därefter rekommenderas någon form av underhållsträning tex. 1 gång / dag.
Vi kan förstå din frustration gällande vården men vi jobbar dagligen för att informera och utbilda vårdgivare om fördelarna att behandla grundorsaken istället för att endast medicinera för symtomen.

I’ve been using this product for just…
I’ve been using this product for just under a month. I noticed a difference within a couple of days, I then started to get my GERD back but didn’t give up. My acid heartburn has changed for the better if not almost gone I think the only reason at times I feel it is because it’s probably fixing my hh. I’m really pleased with it and would recommend this product with ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

I've found the IQoro very helpful
I've found the IQoro very helpful. I started using it 4 months ago and it has certainly made difference. I have a large hiatus hernia and my reflux is greatly improved. It took a week to get the hang of it. I have tinnitus and it did get worse initially however it is starting to settle down now. I had a bad cold recently and found the device very hard to use. I’ve now restarted. My GP has not heard of IQORO nor has the hospital consultant. GP has recommended i drop from my 1 a day Omeprazole to 1 every other day. I use the app to remind me when to exercise too. Highly recommend.

Like you many other suffers from both Tinnitus but also from a HH.
We recommend that one starts off by training a little less than the recommended 3x10 seconds if one is suffering from Tinnitus, send an email to our customer support, or call them and they will guide you.
It's great that you already have been able to lower the dose of your PPI's but make sure to taper down over time.
The IQoro app is a brilliant tool to keep track of training, remember to do the training sessions and also be able to keep track on how long one have been training with IQoro.

Updated 15 month review
I’ve used IQoro now for around 15 months as unable to take PPIs for a 2cm sliding hiatus hernia. The secondary side effects were the hardest. Initially no issues then for several months I had difficulty burping. I stopped trying to force a burp and relaxed my stomach instead and it slowly improved over several months. I did have increased reflux over the last 6 weeks but within the past couple of weeks that has resolved and I have no problems burping normally either. Basically it hasn’t been a quick journey and at times I did feel like quitting but have persevered and no longer have any secondary side effects and feel like I did prior to developing a hiatus hernia. I still use my device three times a day and will continue as I’m comfortable with that regime. Basically it takes as long as it takes but worth it in the end

Made my symptoms worse!
I’m really sad because I had high expectations for this device.
I was on PPI medication for reflux issues caused by sliding hiatal hernia. I seen that the long term affects of being on such medication wasn’t good so I was looking to get off the meds. I was alerted to this device and was excited thinking all my prayers had come true.
Bought the device in January 24 and tried it for a couple of days and omg got the worst reflux I had ever experienced in my life. I was told I had overused it a bit and to be honest I was too scared to ever use it again.
Since using this device I am now having regular reflux flare ups despite being on the medication where I had never had this before. It’s almost like it’s changed something in my body that I cannot rectify. I am too scared to use it again because it’s taken me so long to get the pain to an acceptable level but I am suffering reflux in my throat around 3 times a week now! It’s almost like it’s triggered LPR where I never had this before. I’m now being referred to ENT to see if any damage has happened. So fed up and £140 out of pocket for a device I can’t use plus in pain for good measure. Wish I hadn’t bothered

We really sorry to hear about your experience with IQoro and that it didn't work as you had hoped. The majority of our users are in the same situation as you before they start training with IQoro. They are bothered by the symptoms of a sliding hiatus hernia and wish to find a more long-lasting solution than PPI’s and of course avoid the negative side effects from it.
Experiencing more noticeable symptoms is not unusual in the early stages of training, however, we are individuals and we react differently to new things. For this reason, many people choose to start their training with less seconds per pull, instead of 10 seconds which is the maximum and also very high intensive training.
In any case, we have no previous experience that symptoms that have become more noticeable remain permanently worse. The reason why the symptoms become more noticeable is because of the pressure change that occurs when using IQoro can make stomach acid, which was previously only in the lower part of the esophagus, can go all the way up to the throat/oral cavity. This is gradually improved with your training. IQoro does not provide more production of stomach acid but you can feel the already existing more.
When you stop exercising, the pressure change will also stop and thus it will go back to the stage you were before. It is important to remember that training with IQoro is risk-free and has no side effects because it is not an active substance added to the body during exercise. This expensive little device works for me
I received my iQoro about 6 weeks ago. I have never missed a training session. I found very quickly that my muscles were strengthening and I have only had one heartburn episode since using it. (This was caused by spicy food.) I have given up tea and coffee. I highly recommend this as both are big reflux triggers - for me anyway. This little device seems to connect directly to my LES which one cannot voluntarily access. Yes, it’s tighter.
I’d say 5 stars for customer support but for a little reinforced plastic thingy, it’s very expensive. However, as it works for me, it’s worth it. William, Thailand

Ich hatte immer wieder, vor allem nachts, das Problem, dass ein handvoll Ballen Speichel mit Blasen mich zwang, eiligst ans Waschbecken zu kommen. Habe alles versucht, magen- und Speiseröhrenspiegelung, neurologische Untersuchung, alles ohne Befund. Benutze Iqoro seit 2 1/2 Wochen und seitdem keine Produktion von Speichelballen mit erheblichem Druck. Nur Aufstoßen noch geblieben. Hoffe, daß ich nach einiger Zeit wieder alles im Griff habe. Außerdem schlafe ich seit kurzem wieder besser.
Mit meinen 84 Jahren bin ich hoffnungsvoll, daß Iqoro mich von diesem Übel befreit.

I have now been using the Iqoro device…
I have now been using the Iqoro device for 4 months.
Pretty much all symptoms have gone and I can eat a normal diet. This device has really helped I have had reflux for 2 years now.

I am very happy with my iqoro
I am very happy with my iqoro. I have had it for 11 months. The real improvement came after 9 months. I had had very bad acid reflux and hiatal hernia. I also cut out a lot of ready meals and all carbonated drinks, changed to decaf tea, and
stopped eating after 8.30pm.
I have been able to discontinue the ppi medication.
